What do you like best about Canto?I like how Canto has been very useful for linking people to the marketing collateral needed. It's great that it allows us to place all materials like images, sales support documents, and more in one place. Another thing I appreciate is that we can send one link and edit the document, keeping the original link valid, so we don't have to resend it to everyone. The layout options are also a plus, with an internal view and a user-friendly view for shared content. The initial setup must have been pretty good because everyone in the department seems to enjoy it and finds it easy to use.What do you dislike about Canto?They have made the library a better experience, so that was my only concern before the improvements.What problems is Canto solving and how is that benefiting you?Canto provides one source for all collateral, supporting easy access to marketing materials like images and documents. The ability to send a single, editable link without needing to resend it adds convenience. The customizable views offer a user-friendly experience for shared content.

What do you like best about Canto?It's has fast download and upload of all assets, it ultimately makes it great for collaboration in projects across various teams working together.What do you dislike about Canto?I feel like the preview options could be better, faster and more accessible.What problems is Canto solving and how is that benefiting you?We are able to have same day assets transfers amongst project stakeholders

Members of the organization can easily access our content, which in turn makes workflow much more efficient.

What do you like best about Canto?Canto is easy to use. The onboarding process was smooth and as an organization with a large volume of photographic content coming in on a weekly basis, we like the ability that Canto has given us to manage the whole review and approval process. We also like the flexible options Canto gives us for sharing content both internally and with external stakeholders.What do you dislike about Canto?Some of the user interfaces could be more improved. When sharing content with external parties, it was not always obvious to them how to download files - especially for video and PDF files.Recommendations to others considering Canto?I would recommend taking the time to ensure key stakeholders across the organization are onboarded and understand how to use Canto as it is then that the true benefits of the system become apparent.What problems is Canto solving and how is that benefiting you?Prior to using Canto, it was extremely time-consuming to find photos for use in communications material. Canto has given us the ability to find images instantly thanks to the tagging and rating functionality. We have also found the custom options very useful in being able to better organize our content.

What do you like best about Canto?It's so easy to share specific photos with people with links, and the integration into Canva has been really helpful as well.What do you dislike about Canto?Tagging photos can be tedious, and sometimes a tag is missed, or when someone is searching for a photo they are using a different keyword than what is listed. It would be great if Canto could recognize photo elements automatically and allow search through that.What problems is Canto solving and how is that benefiting you?Instead of having my team have to sift through our photo library for a client, I can let them find what they need on their own. Canto also houses our logo library, which is great because we can send clients there instead of having to sort through hundreds of logos ourselves.

What do you like best about Canto?Being an admin of my employer's Canto account, I'd like to think I'm conscience of the tool as I'm always engaging and involved with the platform. Recently, I logged in and discovered several features were no longer listed in their previous locations. I realized there was a call out box detailing the availability of App Switcher. With a simple click in a new location, I was able to continue my task. I appreciate Canto's ability to keep users informed while upgrading and enhancing the tool. In my opinion, staying informed amidst a consistent enhancement makes for a definite return-user and an improved user engagement.What do you dislike about Canto?I have not ever experienced a disconnect or disliking for Canto. Canto offers its users news articles providing platform updates, ongoing enhancements, remarkable online tutorials and a proficient Customer Support team. In addition, users are able to find, organize and share their assets all seamlessly within and outside of the platform. It's all simple and fast. What is there to dislike?What problems is Canto solving and how is that benefiting you?Canto provides a one-stop location for maintaining proper digital asset management. Providing a secure and safe digital space is key to the trust of the institution's staff, faculty and students as well as the ongoing and increasing population that relies on us. Having a DAM that operates efficiently offers an improved, reliable and seamless workflow for my team of digital strategists.

What do you like best about Canto?I really appreciate how user-friendly Canto is, thanks to its UX format and layout. It's also very visual, which I like. The search capabilities are fantastic, making it easy to find stuff and search for phrases and words in documents. I find it great for organizing our current version of graphic design materials. Plus, it offers good visibility to other departments.What do you dislike about Canto?I find the portals in Canto a bit limiting. You can't really control who can see them since it's just public or private, which isn't flexible enough for my needs. Also, important details like version history don't show up, which would be really useful.What problems is Canto solving and how is that benefiting you?Canto helps organize our current graphic design materials, making them searchable and giving other departments more visibility. The search capabilities allow us to easily find documents by phrases and words.

What do you like best about Canto?The AI search and facial rec. Along with ease of use and implementation.What do you dislike about Canto?Not being able to have a database upload of users so we can have multiple B2B customers log-in to just download images.What problems is Canto solving and how is that benefiting you?Having a DAM system with search. Also having the ability to crop before download helps! Great Product.

Saved me tons of time and a ton of effortWhat do you dislike about Canto?I wish you can choose to upload a file and put it in a folder or album from the get go.
