Buffer saves me so much time.

Buffer saves me so much time.

Tools are efficient and easy to use, easy to swap out accounts and channels too.

What I would like to see in the future:
- Substack support
- Community access on mobile as it is only on desktop for now, to quickly respond to post replies.

The interface is intuitive to use and super useful to schedule your posts months in advance.

Buffer has always been an essential tool

I am updating this review as the original no longer accurately reflects the performance of the product or customer experience.

Buffer has always been an essential tool for anyone with a website wanting to maintain a social media presence.

It's ability to schedule posts and hold a supply of drafts for posting is especially beneficial where a user wants to cycle through the same series of messages over a period of time.

It's ability to have the latest Wordpress posts automatically added to the posting queue is also extremely useful for active websites publishing material daily.

For webmasters and social media managers it's analytics provide useful information on what resonates with readers and what doesn't.

If you have a website and not using Buffer you should be. Check it out today.

Buffer is the best social media scheduling service I've used

Buffer is the best social media apps/services I've ever used. I'm surprised to see so many negative reviews.

I'm a social media manager and manage a range of profiles for clients across the main social media platforms.

Buffer is phenomenal at scheduling and publishing content, reliably and consistently. Their customer support is the best from any company/service I've used, with quick replies and plenty of back and forth to investigate issues.

Sometimes I run into issues that cause hiccups where a post will not publish for some reason, but that can be expected with the ever-changing social media platforms out there.

Currently, as of writing, January 2024, I would say the service is very reliable and working as expected. I pay monthly, and have done for about 3 years.

What do you like best about Buffer?

It is a best platform for scheduling my post in my social media account. I like its pre planned where i can connect my three social account. Overall buffer is an excellent tool for me and my company where i can easily save my times.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

I have only one querry about buffer is that i need more channels for free connections.

What problems is Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?

First of all its save my time. I can easily schedule my monthly calender only spent my one day.

I like how am able to manage several social networks in one place with the possibility of scheduling post and monitoring engagement is one of the features that caught my attention

The only challenges we face in only on price, if the price can be a bit low it can be the best

What do you like best about Buffer?

It makes managing out social media posts so much easier because we don't have to login to each individual social media website to make one single post.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

It is occasionally a little buggy with the page not loading so I have to refresh a couple times before loading everything.

It saves us SO much time by not having to login to every one of our social media accounts to make a single post.

Buffer is the very useful tool for social media management, here we can manage all social media channels in on account no need to login everywhere, in jsut one login can post schedule, publish and manage posts.

easy to implement and incorporate all accounts in dashboard.

sometime after scheduling post are not get publised on time, shows internal erros.
