"A complete brand management tool to control consistency and accessibility across the globe."

What do you like best?

As a brand management tool, Brandworkz allows us to maintain, control and monitor our brand equity across the globe. Managing restrictions by setting expiration dates and assigning permission levels of accessibility to various sections and individual assets ensures complete control over our branded content and licensed assets. These features provide additional security and peace of mind while distributing our brand assets throughout our company's departments, distributor network and external agency partners on a global level..

What do you dislike?

Many users would like to be able to download an asset from the search page. It would be a great feature to be able to print a document from the system. These ideas have been communicated to Brandworkz and as a result they have scheduled these features to be developed in upcoming upgrades.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Having to replace an antiquated brand management system, we required technology that not only was reliable to our far flung regions but also one that would adapt to our future requirements. Brandworkz is intuitive and adaptable to our current needs across many departments. The ability to add value and continue to support foreseeable changes in our business processes in the future gives us confidence that we have partnered with a progressive and forward thinking supplier. Managing technological change takes time and effort. Brandworkz has proven time again to be a supportive partner during times of transition.

"Resolves all the problems associated with brand consistency and asset management."

What do you like best?

All our most important brand assets are in one manageable place. Remote access to editable branded templates is a great time saver for the brand team.

What do you dislike?

Nothing to dislike. If there was, it would be considered and quickly acted on by the friendly, helpful and professional Brandworkz team.

Too many to list. There hasn't been anything so far that Brandworkz can't handle.

"My Brandworkz experience"

What do you like best?

I think my favorite part of working with Brandworkz is their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile to meet the needs of their customers. If there is a feature that is beneficial to the customer they always try to incorporate it or discover another way to meet the customers needs.

What do you dislike?

There is really nothing to dislike, possibly not having 24 hour customer service I guess. I really have no complaints.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We deliver our content to a very diverse audience. Having the ability to personalize it for each separate group has helped drastically in our content delivery. The highly customizable security has made our jobs much easier.

"A DAM solution that I keep coming back to…"

What do you like best?

Brandworkz has been a solution that I have procured in the last 3 companies I have worked for (BAR Honda F1 Team, Red Bull Racing and Expo 2020. I was first introduced to this DAM whilst working for an agency and have then always insisted on using this product. Brandworkz is a very simple, easy to use DAM product that works well in the managing of our brand assets. The user interface is clean and intuitive to use and ensures we hold the latest version of all our assets. The search function is quick, intelligent and accurate which makes everyone’s life easier. We never have duplications of the same file. We have multiple versions of our logo in multi languages. The simple-to-answer questions in the Logo Finder make it very easy to get the right logo in the right format. We use Workflow to manage the approval process which has reduced a huge amount of emailing and manual sign offs which makes our brand more consistent.

What do you dislike?

There isn’t a huge amount to dislike about Brandworkz, it does what it says on the tin. The new DAM User-interface is another step forward so we’re looking forward to seeing it being rolled out across the rest of the platform

Recommendations to others considering the product

I recommend looking at Brandworkz if you want to control your digital and brand assets. Their software is industry-leading and they have a great understanding of the importance of DAM. Their roadmap is well set and they have some very interesting new features coming out. The product is very flexible and configurable so if you want a site that works for your business or have special requirements, then Brandworkz will be able to provide you with a solution. They’re also a great team to work with!

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have seen many major benefits after integrating Brandworkz into our MarTech stack. We share our brand assets with several international partners and by giving them access to Brandworkz, we have greatly reduced the amount of time and resources needed to manage these requests. The Workflow feature has also given us great control over the various marketing activities other stakeholders are initiating.

"A strong relationship"

What do you like best?

The team at Brandworkz behind the work. It is such a pleasure to work with a team that tends to your needs promptly; always eager to solve any queries we have and work with us to constantly looking at how we can improve things for our user experience.

What do you dislike?

Even though i understand the team at Brandworkz is small and highly productive, it sometimes take a very long time for certain problems to be tackled and that can slow down the process of our work.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use Brandworkz as a repository of all our brand and programme assets that get used by global marketing teams and the PR team. We can upload individual assets to be packaged up by the different territories, or we can show them already packaged. This helps with brand consistency and time saving.

What do you like best?

Brandworkz is a fantastic tool and provides many benefits to our business, since the launch of Brandworkz in our organisation we have found all users have taken to the portal extremely well and can now successfully source all of the information needed. What I like best about Brandworkz is that it is simple to manage and is straight forward, the excellent support from the team is extremely appreciated and any questions or problems are dealt with quickly. The portal always works well and has been brilliant for our needs and our customers.

What do you dislike?

There is very little i dislike about Brandworkz, its a great tool! It would be great to have a feature where you could send emails to people when assets have been added.

Recommendations to others considering the product

If you are looking to improve your brand image and consistency and save time then Brandworkz is a brilliant investment, Gone are the days of sending out datasheets and images all day and my time is used more efficiently.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The number one problem we are solving is time efficiency and productivity, before Brandworkz, I would spend at least 2 hours of my day sending customers and staff images and technical documents. Since the implementation of Brandworkz I never get asked for anything as everyone can access everything they need when they need it.

Brand consistency has been improved majorly both internally and externally which works wonders for our brand image as everyone is using the correct templates, logos and colours because they have access to this information 24/7

"Brandworkz has solved so many problems for us!"

What do you like best?

The fact that we can store our press ads and images on the cloud, which frees up server space and saves us money.

What do you dislike?

It takes quite a long time to upload our TIFFs

"A fantastic brand center/DAM for organizations in any industry. This system has everything you need."

What do you like best?

Brandworkz has a very clean layout & interface, making it intuitive for end users. It's also super simple for any admin to configure and change everything from the skin via the skinning wizard, to large & small metadata sets, to editing content and layouts on the page via their WYSIWYG editor. The brand guideline/style guide pages help keep everyone on brand, the logo finder virtually eliminates email requests asking for logos, and the dynamic InDesign template editing tools let our end users self-service with changes to approved image & text fields on ads & other print materials we upload to the system. Workflow for managing simple approval process & asset creation processes is nice too as it stores & tracks everything along the way right there in the DAM. The workflow integration with ProofHQ on-screen annotation makes the creative review process even more streamlined. Their showcase feature lets you present collections of assets in a really clean & effective way, and the reports give great insight into how the system is being used.

What do you dislike?

Brandworkz doesn't offer any tools for quickly sharing assets to social media sites (i.e. direct share to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc but we don't have a ton of use cases for that particular feature, though it would be nice on occasion. In the past it was also a bit slow to transcode image previews, but ever since they've moved all of their hosting infrastructure over to Amazon AWS at the end of 2015 that has no longer been an issue.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I would definitely recommend taking a serious look at Brandworkz if you are looking for a brand center / DAM. You won't be disappointed by it & their team knows the software inside and out...the CEO was the guy who built the original Brandworkz software back in the late 1990's and still stays involved in the code and the feature road map. You'll have top talent guiding you through your implementation. It's simple to manage and make changes with no coding knowledge required. They keep their clients very involved in the roadmap decisions and frequently release features that were requested along with new features we never realized we wanted & needed. They are also very willing to engage in conversations & plans for customizations based on your needs, though we haven't gone down that path ourselves just yet. Get a demo of the software and you'll see very quickly what it's capable of.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our company, Spinakr, is the place where "marketing, branding and technology come together"...which for us represents our services of building custom websites, apps & software, implementing brand centers and DAM's, and providing branded merchandise & company stores for businesses around North America. We use Brandworkz to store and centralize all of our own digital brand, sales & marketing assets (logos, images, content, videos, etc as well as centralize and store assets and content we create for our clients (i.e web design PSDs, HTML files, InDesign templates, videos, etc. Creating a brand center and centralizing all of these assets gives everyone on our team immediate access to important assets without having to call or text or IM or email our marketing team asking for them and waiting for them. Our process is much more streamlined, and we are re-using assets much more effectively. The dynamic InDesign editing tools provide self-service capabilities that also minimize requests to our marketing team for simple changes to templates.

What do you like best?

We use Brandworkz mainly as a PR tool. For example, We can give journalists direct access to press releases, information, images, and logos for promoted products via their own login to Brandworkz, rather than having to manually send out emails with large attachments.

What do you dislike?

Very little to dislike but certain navigational aspects could be made easier

Recommendations to others considering the product

I’d recommend Brandworkz to anyone managing multiple product lines and multiple audiences. Managing access among our team is easy, and we can be sure that the right journalists get the right information, with a minimum of fuss.

"An excellent platform that keeps us on-brand internally as well as externally "

What do you like best?

We are an international fragrance house creating fragrances for licensed brands. We have our own corporate brand identity but also a number of sub-brands for our technologies. Our brand logo finder is fantastic because everyone can drill down to exactly the right logo for their use which improves brand consistency. The brand guidelines make it easy to educate teams on our vision and mission, in short about why our company exists, which is vital to us communicating consistently externally. The artwork and templates make it easy for any team in the business to get hold of the materials they need and being able to view artwork and videos before they get downloaded saves lots of time and frustration. The site is very visual and cleverly designed which staffs find instantly useful and easy to navigate.

What do you dislike?

There is nothing to dislike about this platform. In fact it’s the first time we have incorporated a brand hub site for our corporate brand identity and we are glad to say that the feedback from most of our users is very positive.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

CPL Aromas recently rebranded and we are using Brandworkz software to help roll out the new brand and manage it on an ongoing basis. Our main users are our internal teams mainly marketing staffs from all over the world, and this brand management platform makes it easy and simple for people to get hold of what they need especially when it comes to finding the right logo type – Jpeg. / Ai. files. We save loads of time because it is so quick to find assets in the system and we have been able to automate the roll out the brand to our 20 sites around the world.
