Bill is overall a great solution for payments and reimbursements, as well as receiving payments

What do you like best about BILL AP/AR?

I use Bill for both paying out to vendors and reimbursing employees as well as a Vendor myself, drafting invoices and receiving payments. It works functionally across all categories. And the iPhone app actually works quite well - sometimes even better for quick receipt processing and reimbursements than the desktop app.

What do you dislike about BILL AP/AR?

For some reason, Bill disallowed the use of certain symbols in their Memo section. They used to allow me to use the @ symbol and additional symbols like that, and now they don't. I found it quite helpful to use those and unnecessarily restrictive. I imagine there's a coding reason for it or something like that, but I wished they didn't change that. I also find the Approval process can be confusing at times, because the steps aren't specifically guided as seamlessly as they are in the iPhone app. The app moves me through the approval process really easily and smoothly. The desktop app I don't always know if the approval and payment out has processed correctly.

What problems is BILL AP/AR solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bill really keeps the vast majority of my payment management in one easy to use resource. It's very helpful to konw I can just handle the vast majority of my financial payment/management needs inside this program.

Efficient Billing with Some Sync Hiccups

What do you like best about BILL AP/AR?

I like how BILL AP/AR memorizes previous bill coding, so I don't have to look up in QBO what the cost code should be. This feature makes working with bills a lot easier for me.

What do you dislike about BILL AP/AR?

I don't like the sync errors with BILL AP/AR. It gives no information on why there's an error or how to fix it. I have to get a representative to resolve anything instead of doing it myself.

What problems is BILL AP/AR solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use BILL AP/AR for storing bills, showing check images, and tracking ACH payments. It memorizes previous bill coding, so I don't have to check what the cost code should be.

Its very easy to use! I appreciate that it is free for anyone to link their banking information so I can pay them regardless of whether they have a paid subscription or not.

Some parts of the desktop interface can be frustrating. For example, I log into bill.com on a daily basis but for some reason I still have to click through to log in and often I have to input a code regardless of whether or not I select remember me for 90 days

The interface is incredibly smooth. Bill.com offers highly efficient payment processing, collaborative workflows, and a wide range of integrations you can add on.
