Combines accepting an agreement with signature and payment in one go

What do you like best about Better Proposals?It collects a stripe payment as soon as someone pays. I use it for agreements because I don't do proposals anymore. It's easy to use.What do you dislike about Better Proposals?Sometimes the setup isn't always intuitive for me. The payment doesn't work and the support tells me that I'm not using the software right.What problems is Better Proposals solving and how is that benefiting you?It helps streamline my agreements for my service-based agency. I like the fact that I can send an agreement and when someone accepts it they are redirected to a checkout page and it's all streamlined for me. I mostly duplicate past agreements and build off new ones from there. I like their pricing tables but I think they can be improved a little bit.

Game-Changer for Automation and Value

What do you like best about Better Proposals?It's such an easy system to use. It's great value for money and has completely changed the game for my business. It's easily integrated with other softwares so has allowed me to automate a lot more than I could before. Highly recommend. It was so easy to create beautiful templates and start using right away!What do you dislike about Better Proposals?It would be helpful if we could create an e-mail template specific to each template that we have and a custom post-signature message. It would also be helpful if Zapier was able to pull through "contract signed" as well as "proposal signed" and the API integration allowed distinction between which documents have been signed as this would help the automations much easier.What problems is Better Proposals solving and how is that benefiting you?My whole onboarding process is now automated and looks so much more professional creating value for my clients right from the get go.

What do you like best about Better Proposals?As a video creator, I wanted my documents to look dynamic and showcase our video content in a professional and designed way. Better Proposals makes that process super easy with their seamless video backgrounds and various design options to make sure it all looks clean and on-brand.What do you dislike about Better Proposals?Recommendations to others considering Better Proposals?I had a few questions when starting out and the support was outstanding - they asked decent questions to genuinely try and understand what I was trying to achieve and advised accordingly. No bots, 100% human, just how I like it so that was a huge plus for me.What problems is Better Proposals solving and how is that benefiting you?I can't fault it, coming from Word documents converted to a PDF and then finding Better Proposals was like discovering fire!

Great for a freelancer working…

Great for a freelancer working remotely. I've been working remotely with companies across the globe for years now and I was using Google Docs to send out proposals. Switching to Better proposals is MUCH more time efficient, I can send out beautiful proposals without any design skills and, most importantly, I have all the analytics on who opens and reads my documents. Would recommend.

It is everything that I would want to put into a proposal builder

What do you like best about Better Proposals?From multiple organizations to the analytics, to custom domains. It's a great tool. Saves time, and wins bids.What do you dislike about Better Proposals?I don't really dislike anything about it. The analytics could be more in-depth with a heatmap or some other addon, but really it tells you what you need to know already.What problems is Better Proposals solving and how is that benefiting you?Building proposals quickly and efficiently, and delivering proposals that are pleasant and engaging for potential clients.

What do you like best about Better Proposals?

The templates are customizable to suit your individual field. Adding the company logo, changing colors, etc. is all easy and makes for a professional look. Having a record of design approval will be instrumental in my business.

What do you dislike about Better Proposals?

I haven't found anything to dislike about Better Proposals.

What problems is Better Proposals solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having a record of design approval is the most important part of my business. Second to that, is having a record of cost approval. Better Approvals makes this process very simple and makes me look SO professional.

"Change For The Better"

What do you like best about Better Proposals?

Once you have looked around teh system and created your perfect proiposal deisgn, the additions make the process so easy, to get a job signed off before better proposals was a long process that invloved many emails, better proposals cuts all thsi out and saves you time, all you need to do is make sure you spend some time on desiging your correct proposal, somthing you would think WOW if you received it, then yu will be happy you did becsue the job will be signed off with ease.

A definate addition to my business.

What do you like best about Better Proposals?

A template which can be customised and tailored to suit each client.

What do you dislike about Better Proposals?

It is fiddly to set up at the start but once you get the hang of the editing functions, it will be quite easy.

What problems is Better Proposals solving and how is that benefiting you?

This takes my operations online where I have greater follow up visibility with my clients for anything that may be outstanding or requiring discussion points.

"Really good selling tool"

This is a great selling tool for companies and individuals. Easy to use and keep a track of sales, proposals, quotes and turnaround, as well as keeping basic data for analysing.
