What do you like best?
The learner has changed so much in the last 5-10 years, and Axonify meets people where they are. Learning has to be pointed, personalized, and connected to work performance in order to win the attention of the learner, and Axonify excels at all of this.
I love that it's a mobile app and how we can use different levels of questions to increase competence and confidence for specific topics. For the learner, it's small, quick bit of reinforcement. For the organization, we can teach or reinforce topics based on overall business needs in an agile manner - very different from old fashioned LMS offerings.
What do you dislike?
As of today there is nothing I can point to as a dislike.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We opted to add topic creation from the ID team at Axonify, where their team drafted 6 topics for our instance ready at launch. This helped us in two ways; speed to market was hugely impacted because we had a full quarter's head start on the content development. Also, while working with their team members, we learned a lot about their micro-learning methodology and were able to adopt/adapt quickly to keep up momentum gained.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We needed to get our learners (in a franchise model) focused on their sales approach; prospecting and closing accounts are two of our most important KPIs. Axonify helps us keep the necessary behaviors top-of-mind, for both the newer franchisees as well as the more tenured ones. Overall, we are solving for a lift in top-line revenue.
