Excellent in surveillance and alarm systems. It is user-friendly. It has a high standard of features and client settings, including motion activiity, device name and location, playback, live timestamp, record indicator, and video analytics activity.

It occupies a large amount of space because of the high quality of its videos. Apart from this, everything is good and there are no complaints while using avigilon.

Investigations, Live Monitoring, Night Monitoring, Survillence. I personally felt the motion activity which triggers alarms benefits a lot, and it's very useful during surveillance.

One of the greatest applications for managing access in my workspace that I've used in my career. Its primary purpose is to safeguard people, property, and assets.

So far, everything has gone according to plan. To be honest, it's a simple programme that produces accurate results.

An authorised individual can use Avigilon ACM to block an unauthorised person from entering the premises. We can get a clear picture of what's going on inside the site with access.

Avigilon Is a really great application to add security cameras that would be used in a commercial environment. It is really easy to setup and to operate. the Avigilon has all the tools needed on their website to complete configurations and setups for the cameras and instructions on how to add the cameras to the viewer software. Avigilon makes some really outstanding cameras for out doors in high resolution and come with wipers on the camera. the bullet cameras are awesome as well. you can create open views for recording or just chose certain areas you want to trigger. there is also masking if you do not want a certain area recorded or viewed. Once you get the cameras on the network just add them to the viewer and you are all set. Once you create an account with Avigilon you can download all the software needed to setup your camera. with the PTZ Cameras you can view 360 degrees in the warehouse or outside.

Cameras are expensive and only last about 4-5 years before needing replacement. Cameras are a little trick to get on the network.You must in stall their software to setup the cameras and to setup the hostnames and IP aadressed. can be alittle tricky if you dont have account which you must create

Viewing all the closed circuit cameras under one place without much of an hassle and latency issues. Can connect from any part of the world and have the access.

As it captures motion, it is easy for us to narrow down to any particular event and review it. The application does not take up much of bandwidth, with average internet bandwidth, the visuals are stored and can be view seemlessly

Updating to the latest version is a concern at times, but otherwise no downside as such.

I would definitely recommend avigilon for users looking for remote operations.

From a business perspective, it helps the employer to analyze any suspicious activity outside and inside the stores, which inturn reduces the risk of theft and prevents loss of goods or products

Avigilon ACM offers much more functionality than the solution it replaced and is better designed to accommodate our organizational needs. It will eventually allow us to retire other solutions as well once those functions are duplicated within the tool, saving us money.

Our implementation required us to install new card readers outside our buildings and rooms, which is understandable. However, we had issues procuring the correct ID badges for our environment and it took several calls with the vendor before our issues were understood and resolved.

Our Facilities Management team uses Avigilon ACM to control door/building access and print ID cards for visitors, employees and students. The new systems does everything more efficiently than the one it replaced.

More useful for higher-level administrators

Consider this product's all-in-one capability for security and access. Avigilon's bundles of services are incredibly helpful on a day-to-day basis, and an all-in-one option for cameras and ID cards is fantastic!

Avigilon's Access Control Manager has allowed my company to restrict access to specific buildings while also monitoring all entrances and exits with cameras. This system has provided us additional security and recorded video footage of unauthorized entry to areas. (And has led to two separate thefts of bicycles being solved!)

For access restriction, our Staff ID cards have become much more efficient, as it is incredibly easy to reprogram them as necessary. Terminations can happen immediately and require little/no lead time. Changes are nearly instant and the system doesn't take much time to refresh.

Our company has several different locations. Avigilon allows you to manage all your locations from one centralized location. This makes things so much easier to troubleshoot and manage. We also really benefit from the synchronization to active directory. It really cuts down on the time spent managing use accounts.

We have a lot of cameras at all of our locations running on the same server. In order to record more than 2 weeks of footage, we would have to buy more storage and storage is very expensive. It would be nice to be able to have more than 2 weeks without having to purchase a lot more storage.

We are able to track safety incidents and theft incidents with the software.
