The drag and drop interface is easy to navigate and bot building experience is well documented and smooth. It is helping in automating repetitive tasks which is a time saver and also it doesn't required much coding background too so let's suppose if someone has less coding background then they cans easily learn Automation Anywhere.What do you dislike about Automation Anywhere - RPA | Robotic Process Automation?Automation Anywhere is a great platform to automate the processes and helped me lot through out my experience. so no dislikes from my side.What problems is Automation Anywhere - RPA | Robotic Process Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?Automation Anywhere helped us in resolving issues related to Data entry, report generation and system updates. It was difficult earlier to do it manually which was also time consuming and giving errors as well hence overall we were struggling lot in terms of efficiency and effectiveness but Automation Anywhere has automated the process and everything is streamlined now, we are able to save our time as well and our mundane and repetitive tasks have also reduced.

What do you like best about Automation Anywhere - RPA | Robotic Process Automation?It has a responsive and easy to understand UI. It also has constant updates that improve the overall platform. It has a well unified platform that has testing, deployment, development, and more, and it is easy to navigate between all of them. The credentials vault and roles admin menu are easy to understand and work with.What do you dislike about Automation Anywhere - RPA | Robotic Process Automation?The customer support could be a little better, there were some occasion in which we had a specific issue with a client, and when trying to reach out the customer support and fix the issue it was very slow and the solution was not as good as expected.What problems is Automation Anywhere - RPA | Robotic Process Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?It was pretty useful when trying to solve automation projects and solutions. Anything from automating webiste, document data extraction, email, software, RDP connections, Databases, Excel and much more. It was our main go to technology when trying to solve automation problems and to offer a full, complete and trusthworthy solution to our clients. Which most of the times were very happy with the solution and it's performance.
