What do you like best about AMS360?I find AMS360 easy to work with and understand. It's the best system I've worked on so far, and I've been using it for almost 15 years, so the setup was very easy. I have no problems with it, and I would give it a 10 out of 10 in terms of recommending it to a friend or colleague.What do you dislike about AMS360?The automatic prompt for setting up activity is a bit too much and should be prompted once only.What problems is AMS360 solving and how is that benefiting you?I find AMS360 easy to work with and understand, making my daily tasks simpler.

What do you like best about AMS360?The AI Reconciliation tool, it's been very helpful cutting work time to minutes.What do you dislike about AMS360?I think maybe better integration of AMS and Agency Zoom, it's a great system but sometimes feels like they don't work together 100%. Maybe also allowing more ways of allowing us to pull reports from Agency Zoom can be helpful.What problems is AMS360 solving and how is that benefiting you?Before the AI reconciliation agent, statement posting took hours. Now posting statements can take minutes.

What do you like best about AMS360?I like that AMS360 is easy to use and it really helps us stay organized. I appreciate being able to view clients' previous records, contact information, and policy details, which gives me a better understanding before interacting with insured clients. The fact that some carriers are directly linked with AMS360 is a huge plus because it syncs their policies automatically, reducing the need for manual updates and saving tremendous time. This feature, in particular, cuts my work in half and greatly aids my time management. Also, the initial setup of AMS360 was very easy, which is always a bonus.What do you dislike about AMS360?I would say that something that doesn't really work is the fact that our company shares AMS360 amongst several colleagues. So when one of the colleagues switches the viewpoint from customer name to other, it changes it for all users. That creates a little bit of a problem until we figure out that the search engine was changed to other instead of name, which delays us a little bit. That would probably be my only downside of AMS360.What problems is AMS360 solving and how is that benefiting you?AMS360 helps me stay organized, access client information easily, and efficiently manage renewals with connected carriers, reducing manual updates and improving time management.

What do you like best about AMS360?The most useful thing about AMS is having any information about a insured you can possible need. From personal info as in phone number, address, email etc to policy details, to even seeing the entire policy. You can view claims anything the insured can call and ask about. And on the other side you can see all accounting, all info for companies, certificates, everything at your fingertips.What do you dislike about AMS360?Nothing I dislike, just know I have to have patience in certain instances, such as when an activity needs to be purged as a employee as made an error. I have to wait till afterhours when everyone is logged off to delete. Recommendations to others considering AMS360?Just a patience thing.What problems is AMS360 solving and how is that benefiting you?Not sure as most of the time AMS is solving a problem that I did not even realize I had, until the solution is presented. Its then a Aha moment when I think oh this does work a lot better now.

What do you like best about AMS360?I love the "E-Forms" in AMS360 because they allow me to produce Certificates of Insurance efficiently. AMS360 also makes it easy to create templates and distribute them with a single email instead of sending multiple emails, which is a big time-saver. Additionally, I really appreciate the Policy Lifecycle management from submission to renewal, as it makes accessing policy documents, certificates, and endorsements straightforward. AMS360 pairs well with Imageright and they work very well together, enhancing my workflow. I couldn't live without AMS360; it's an extremely valuable resource that I highly recommend.What do you dislike about AMS360?I would like there to be spellcheck and grammar check on the distribution process. Currently, that is not an option. It's needed for the subject line and body of emails when creating distributions for renewals going out to hundreds or sometimes thousands of certificate holders.What problems is AMS360 solving and how is that benefiting you?AMS360 helps me confirm coverage, store policy information, and produce Certificates of Insurance with ease. It streamlines template distribution via a single email and simplifies policy lifecycle management, making policy documents accessible.
