Ideal CRM for small call centers
PROS: I manage a small call center and my aim was to make the work of the agents faster and simpler. On the other hand, I also wanted to try out all the tasks and nuances in a CRM software. We tried out a few apps, and finally selected amoCRM. This system fulfills all our purposes without needing additional investment. I recommend amoCRM for small call centers, but not for large enterprises.

Great platform for sales
PROS: I tried out about a dozen platforms and decided to stick with amoCRM because it is a thoughtful and convenient app. The solution has rich features and yet the interface is not overloaded, but simple and easy to use. The platform offers what you need and it is easy to customize it for your business processes. If you think something is missing, the vendor offers good opportunities to finalize it in the solution. We are really happy with this terrific system.

I like that you can enter all client data in, and sort the pipeline by various classifications that are adaptable. The schedule segment for updates is amazingly important when timing out your subsequent prospective customer calls. Additionally, sufficiently disentangled for anybody to have the option to utilize.

What do you dislike?

In the event that you employ a deal individual who does not use all capacities and information effectively, you will miss basic data when they leave the organization. So the product requires some observing and overseeing, anyway it is decent on the grounds that it is available to customization.

What do you like best?

It's easy to use, and has amazing automations. It's so easy to sue that it's nearly completely automatic, this is hands down spectacular!

What do you dislike?

The availability to download your data is only available to the top plan, I think it should be available to all.

It's really easy to set up and test, give it a try

This CRM has provided a simple and easy to use solution for day-to-day sales and customer management. The other CRM that we had been using took too much time and so was not used properly.
