Alchemer allows our company to accomplish key objectives at a much lower cost than others that are perhaps better known in the arena, The platform also allows for a mostly unlimited number of responses which takes away the anxiety about counts.
Nothing much to dislike. There are only a few things that i am not able to do with this platform that i can perform with our more expensive options. I am sure they will scale up in a few years.
We can run many surveys without having to worry about running out of responses, We run all our satisfaction surveys, NPS, and web intercepts with this tool and it is unlimited mostly and easy to use.
Alchemer is highly customizable, which has been useful as I build out a relatively complex survey which requires a lot of logic.
I also love how responsive Alchemer's support team is when I have a questions. They are quick to reply and great at giving tips - they've gone so far as to share a screen recording of how to approach my issue, which immediately fixed the problem I was having.
The settings for testing or previewing my survey can be a bit confusing if I have complex logic. I don't know if something is wrong in my survey logic, or in my test settings. It works better when I just take the survey myself, but that is a bigger lift because I always have to start from the beginning.
Helping me udnerstand our users' needs, pain points, and expectations, which will inform our product roadmap. Also helps me create more sophisticated surveys which is useful when I am looking for a large saple size.
I like the reporting system. It helps my team to improve our deadlines timing by not worrying about statistical dimensions and using our time on the qualitative analysis instead of spending it on graphs and measures.
The platform's interface can confuse newcomers, especially when building surveys. Too much information per page can be overwhelming, and navigating the preview with colleagues can be challenging. Downloading reports also presents a problem, as lengthy category sentences cause graph legends to overlap and become unreadable. To improve, simplify the interface, provide more explicit instructions, and break down the survey-building process. Improve survey previews with intuitive navigation and progress indicators. Address the issue of overlapping graph legends by implementing responsive design principles. These changes will enhance usability and make the platform more user-friendly.

The options for integration with data connectors also works pretty fine.
Some of the extracted reporting formats don't support XLS, but only CSV, which in Cyrillic, can break the collected DB with audience answers.
The reporting automatization option would be handy.

I like everything from ease of use to their excellent customer service. My favorite feature is the ability to quickly & easily create a survey from Word or Google Doc.
The extra cost for sending out more than 10k emails monthly using their platform. It would be great if you could purchase for just the months you need the additional email sends and not the entire year.
When we lost access to Sharepoint, which was being used to submit and approve leave requests for the Unit, I was able to use an Alchemer Survey to create a leave request approval process that integrated with Google Sheets and Gmail.
I like that it is easy to toggle and create surveys of varying complexity. We have run many types of surveys using Alchemer, from simple 10-question surveys to randomized control trial surveys. Their customer service is excellent. I often contact the support email with specific questions, and the representatives email me back within 1-2 hours. Exporting data is easy and I love the report feature so I can quickly understand summary statistics for my survey data at a glance.

The ability to be able to fully customise a survey, creating something dynamic and getting it to the business quickly. It enables us to not have to use a research agency for quick projects, and gives many more options than simple things like MS Forms
There isn't a lot that I find difficult with Alchemer Survey. Sometimes it can be confusing working on some more sophisticated projects, but there are usually help articles online to talk things through.
