PROS: WFN is one user-friendly product. It gives everyone a sign to our products. This can range from time and attendance to retirement services. Payroll admins have fallen in love with it. Payroll reports can immediately be previewed.
CONS: We're no longer receiving e-mails. We're now capable of approving PTO requests. A notification can now be sent through e-mail. I like having a direct link e-mail.
PROS: I've seen how easy it is in filling out my time sheet and looking into my receoved paychecks. Before all this, we were working on timesheets from Excel --- a nightmare for our HR department tracking all of it. Again, from my standpoint, it's a useful tool that lets me view the estimated cost of paychecks, collected pay stubs, and time off requests. My company was thrilled to welcome changes made within the payroll area.
CONS: There's nothing much to not like compared to what was being used before. Some of the indicated error changes would appear vague at times and a bit difficult to spot where the issue really is. But other than that, it's an awesome tool.
PROS: I appreciate having the ability to look into your payment history dating back as far as 3 years. I also like how ytou can look into amounts and dates easily without having to go through a number of windows. In addition, you can make use of PDF versions on pay stubs with a single click.
CONS: I'm turned off not seeing the payment history on the main screen. You'd have to detour to another screen just to get to it. I also need to click out of the image view of the pay stubs just so it can easily be viewed within a table. It'd be wise if the table view option came up first --- even better if it came in standard.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This is currently what we're utilizing for viewing pay stubs and other essential data related to it. It gathers everything together in a single site via a secured login so only you can acess it once a code from HR is released.

PROS: I'm that lone person working in the Human Resource Department. Attendance, payroll, time, and human resources streamlined a number of functions that I'm supposed to manage. It's great to have the latest ACA reporting requirements. Everything would've been impossible if not for ADP!
CONS: At times, I'd request a report from out of nowhere. It's never that simple in determining the ability to develop it to handle the things I need. For instance, I wanted a monthly payrool report for a certain fiscal period. The Bridge has been instrumental on a number of things. But I've yet to be completely knowledgeable on the fiscal year report.
PROS: I like the link made between HR, time and attendance and payroll. It fosters for real-time updates so adjustments can be done swiftly. It's a useful reporting tool that can be function as a report-writer. Its appearance is simple to look at and understand. It fosters for a transparent and easy-to-forecast payroll processing.
CONS: The bigger that our company can grows, the more it would leave us unable to remain with WFN. ADP has other services that we'll be looking into.
PROS: I like the fact that payroll processing can be seen on the dashboard. Even more so with the changes being made. When it comes to system changes, it always aligns to that of payroll law changes. ADP is clearly leading the pack on knowing what's good for the clients. It's able to determine which functions best for a certain situation while remaining compliant.
CONS: There are certain changes that needs to be done when it comes to standard and custom reporting. These weren't addressed from the previous versions. Further dashboard reporting on the ACA screens would be nice.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I wanted to find a way to moving our workplace to a technology-based solution. This is to help meet our HR need, train employees, and be willing to accept any new chanes. We realized we can now bring any doc into the cloud via ADP. We also have seamless access to future tools.

PROS: ADP Workforce Now is one recommended HRM platform. Running as a small company, getting an user-friendly and modern HRM platform with a working portal for employees wouldn't be possible if not for ADP Workforce Now. I like having HR experts and payroll support. I won't have to worry about adding another staff.
CONS: When it comes to keeping contact with the Relationship Manager, it's pretty bad. Both that and their support are dwindling for every years that passes.

PROS: I trust everything that ADP does especially in the field of payroll. What I like best is how it offers very few errors compared to other payroll software I've used previously. It also gives off a certain modern feel unlike other payroll software that seem outdated with a higher-than-usual number of clicks to activate a certain task.
CONS: I don't favor signing in constantly whenever I access the platform using my mobile device. But then again, it's to make your data secure. With mobile devices now utilizing fingerprint scanner, I feel it's better to sign in than having to do away with logins.
