Access Expense is very simple to use application especially posting of expenses .Its has very detailed

and real time reporting on the expenses making it very reliable application in the company

Sometime their support is not on time making the company processes to delay

For credit card expense reconciliations it would be nice to be able to select and edit multiple charges at once instead of always one by one

Easy to use and as an end user it is very simple to add daily expenses. Being able to view as a periodic list is a benefit, and similarly it is easy to upload receipts to each individual expense.

The platform is not very mobile friendly, and it would be great if there was more ability to use a mobile device to scan and upload receipts which are linked directly to the user account.

Daily adding and tracking of expenses. Mostly used for milage tracking, and the end user experience makes it quite easy to see total milage and the value per mile. Journey tracking is also done well, especially like the 'Return' option for journey logging.

Ease of access to the tool and navigation

Tool speed, if it can be brought down to make faster to save time and efforts of the staff while approving the expenses

I've previously used the like or concur etc which are over complicated. Acloud expenses is simple, intuitive and extremely easy to use. The interface is not cluttered, it's very easy to complete an expense claim and being able to upload receipts is simple.

The only thing I'd say letting it down is the mobile app - it's a bit clunky and you have to scroll through all expense types to get to one at the bottom rather than being able to search.

I find it's best to group expenses by category and submit them. It's easier tracking them and you can give the group a name like "mileage claims for week beginning...."

People can claim accurate mileage expenses due to Google maps integration. It's also very easy to add recurring expenses saving the user valuable time.

This is a great software, easy to use, and comfortable. I like how they managed and presents the functionality and fatures. As well as their policy and rules are good to follow and effective; I just love this software.

Nothing! I didn't find anything that is bad, but just one thing, the user interface could be better.

I liked how the app is easy to use when compared to other softwares available in the market. I can start an expense report without much hassle because the expenses are categorised in detail. And there are a number of categories available so easy to select expense type.

Everytime i open the link for a particular expense report to check the status, it lands me on the home page and then i have to separately search for that report after scrolling from all other reports.

It is easy to use tool for the expense reimbursements. I have used it in past for getting reimbursements for my work travel tickets, stays, internet expenses etc.

There are different charts available to show different kind of expenses and it makes it easy to track.

The App hangs a lot and i think it require a revamp in performance.
