What do you like best about 3CX?
The pricing is very competitive and the ease of deployment is suprising.

You can customize and find tons of options to fine tune it to your environment's requirements.
Recommendations to others considering 3CX?
The product is often updated and the GUI might change quite a bit which will take time to adjust. Other than that I can't think of anything that wasn't yet addressed by 3CX in the recent versions.

3CX allows us to have a secure and Cloud-based phone system to manage our support operations and the internal communication.

What do you like best about 3CX?
The ease of both implementation and use along with the customer support that is available with any questions. When we switched to the 3cx system it was great because we are able to log into different ques as needed.

That you have to have different extentions for different ques.
What problems is 3CX solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to set up different ques that are needed for different departments; such as RC , PET, and IR just to name a few that I am using personally within the company.

3CX is easy to setup and runs from the cloud or on-site. The admin interface is great and can import users from Active Directory.

Using the mobile app is not always successful for user at connecting calls. This is a great advantage for remote workers or people away from a desk or on the move but it can be frustrating when calls do not work well.
Recommendations to others considering 3CX?
Use 3CX if you want a phone system to be easy to manage and rich in features that keep improving all the time. 3CX is easy to manage and is easy for users to use on a Yealink phone, PC or Mac computer, IOS or Android. I would recommend it to anyone that needs flexibility and convenience in a modern phone system.
What problems is 3CX solving and how is that benefiting you?
3CX works great with our desktop phones software phone on desktops or in the Google Chrome browser with the plugin. It is easy to make quick changes to the phone system especially in the changing times we are in today.

Great switchboard
What do you like best about 3CX?
We've been using 3CX for a while now and are very satisfied with how it has evolved. We originally replaced our traditional switchboard with 3CX, and the benefits were immediately clear — especially the mobile app and desktop application, which allow us to make and receive calls from anywhere, as long as there’s an internet connection. This flexibility proved invaluable during the Covid lockdowns. We've are planning on using the WhatsApp integration, to manage customer communication from a single platform. Overall, 3CX continues to be a reliable, flexible, and cost-effective solution for our communications needs.
