What is SuperDue and how does it work?
Payday Super deadline tracking for Australian bookkeepers and BAS agents. Since 1 July 2026, employers must have super received by the fund within 7 business days of payday (20 for a new employee's first contribution), and a public holiday in any state or territory moves every employer's date. SuperDue works out each pay run's deadline under the ATO's national business-day rule, walks back each client's clearing-house lead time to a send-by date, and sends alerts 5, 3 and 1 business days before the deadline by email, Telegram, or a Slack, Teams or Discord webhook. Every client's pay runs sit on one board, riskiest first. Pay runs are entered by hand or imported from a spreadsheet; there is no Xero or MYOB connection. SuperDue is a deadline and reminder tool, not a registered tax or BAS agent, and does not lodge or advise. Free tools with no account: the deadline checker, the 2026-27 deadline calendar, and Did it land? (superdue.com.au/did-it-land/), which reads clearing-house or payroll super exports in your browser and lists, across every client, what was returned or rejected, what hasn't been sent to the fund, and what was sent, each against that payday's due date. Your files never leave your browser. Pricing (AUD, no GST): Free for up to 3 active clients, no card, no time limit. Solo A$29/month (10 clients), Practice A$59/month (30), Firm A$99/month (75); annual A$290 / A$590 / A$990; 75+ clients quoted. Tiers differ only by active client count; every tier has every feature.
