What is CapaOne and how does it work?
CapaOne is a cloud-native endpoint management platform. IT teams in mid-sized organizations typically run four to six separate tools to patch applications, control local admin rights, deploy operating systems, and manage mobile devices. CapaOne replaces them with one platform and one agent. CapaSystems A/S built CapaOne in Denmark and hosts it in the EU, with no transfer of endpoint data to US jurisdiction. The platform manages more than 150,000 endpoints. Six products share a single console, and organizations license only the ones they need: Application Manager packages, deploys, and updates third-party and line-of-business applications automatically. Privilege Manager removes standing local admin rights and grants policy-based, time-limited elevation through Entra ID groups, with a full audit log. It covers Windows clients and Windows Server. Provision Manager deploys operating systems bare-metal from the cloud and orchestrates drivers. Security Monitor maps CVEs to affected endpoints, prioritizes by risk, and remediates through integrated update actions. Experience Monitor measures endpoint reliability and performance in real time. Mobile Manager enrolls, configures, and secures iOS, iPadOS, and Android devices, and delivers apps to them. Teams deploy in days, not months, without implementation consultants. Exportable vulnerability and configuration reports support a GDPR-first, NIS2-aligned posture. Pricing is €1 per endpoint per month per module, or €3 for the Windows Bundle covering all five Windows products. CapaOne serves organizations with 200 to 1,000 employees, where IT teams of five to twenty people carry the full endpoint estate. It runs as a complete endpoint management platform on its own, and it works alongside Microsoft Intune where that is already in place.
