Honestly, there isn’t much to dislike. The tool covers most agile needs very well. At times the reporting could be more advanced, but overall it works smoothly without major issues.

Zoho Sprints helps us organize projects, manage backlogs, and plan sprints more effectively. It solves the challenge of tracking progress and team productivity in one place, reducing confusion and miscommunication. The burndown charts and reports give us clarity on timelines, while task boards keep everyone aligned. Good layout and functionalities similiar to popular tools

bit a learning curve. would be nice to have both traditional and agile workflows types together as most projects are now hyrbid

Team management and streamlining of process

I love Zoho Sprints for its intuitive UI and various customization features like adding custom statuses and components based on my team's needs. It helps me track all the tasks and stories based on assignee as well as task status like in progress, done, etc. I appreciate that I can create and add custom statuses like grooming and dev testing, which gives better stepwise clarity on each task. Additionally, adding custom fields like QA owner allows anyone checking a tech ticket to know who the QA owner is.

Nothind as such, all my use case were covrered.

The ability to monitor different projects, work items and sprints all in one place. It is also easy to use.

They do not have the option of features (for a tech project) but this is compensated with epics, backlog items, work items and sub-items.

It is easy to use, i can easily create the tasks for the team for the coming month and can assign the individual tasks to my teammates.

No dislikes as of now, as it is fulfilling all of my requirements.

There are so many features available, which really adds to its value. The price is also worth mentioning—it's much better than what any competitor offers.
