The best thing about Zoho is living in one single echo system. You don't have to switch between multiple applications to complete your daily tasks. The seamless integration between the Zoho products is ice on the cake.
Sometimes there will be a decision paralysis. When you have multiple integrations that you might not need but still have to deal with. That can ruin your overall user experience
Just give it a try before deciding & also they have a good sales team who will understand your use-case and help you set up the right products to solve your problem.
It solves many problems, For example, if you a small and medium business & you don't have many resources or funds to hire new ones. In those cases, you have multiple apps which come in handy like Zoho Creator (LOW Code Platform), which reduces the need for a developer to automate the internal processes. Once the internal processes are taken care of automatically you have more time to work on what is important rather than spending time on backend tasks.
I made the switch from FreshBooks to Zoho Invoice because Zoho Invoice offers a superior product and at a price point that is great for small businesses.

Really enjoy having templates to choose from instead of having to use a companies choice. Easy to create and the help team are very fast to respond to questions.

A few more choices, I really like outlines but don't see a template, I also like having a little more art, for example a nice box between the customer info and the item lines.

The best part about using Zoho, aside from it being free, is that it gives me exactly the features in an invoicing software that I need for my business. Client lists, easy to create and customize invoices, and revenue and expense tracking are among the top highlights.
There isn't much I do not like about Zoho Invoice. I would probably like a little more customization available in creating clients (the way things are named or listed) but that's being a little nit-picky for something that is free to use.
Zoho gives my clients and myself one place to look at their current invoices and account history. The client portal is different from the the service I used before, and my clients like that a lot better, as do I. So it gives us a common place to talk about their invoices, why they are being charged for what and it's very easy to use. Being able to "line-item" everything I want my clients to see is above and beyond for something that is free to use, so I appreciate that tool as well.
First, it is free, and I find it excellent to send an invoice on the fly. I also appreciate managing my dashboard and seeing my cash flow. Helps me do my taxes.
The only thing I dislike about Zoho is the hard thing of deleting a task. I can only deactivate it (at most). That is something I would like for them to improve.
