Protect from stress and time wastage
What do you like best about Zoho FSM?
I observed that Zoho FSM excelled at managing my field team’s schedule. It is easy to delegate tasks & schedules, making sure that people are in agreed-upon understanding. This revealed that the mobile app is useful in updating my technicians on the move which in effect increases productivity.
What do you dislike about Zoho FSM?
Modifying parts and keeping track of all the parts is tiresome and challenging to have a versatile view of the ordered quantity in stock at various places. Based on the survey, there is time spent in searching for parts and also more time taken to complete the jobs.
What problems is Zoho FSM solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoho FSM has eventually proved itself to be a good tool in managing my scheduling problems. Sending technicians is more convenient, as well as the flow of communication between different parties. Hence, customers are happier because their work is processed in a short period of time.

What do you like best about Zoho FSM?
Zoho has the best user interface for function and also for navigation. It provides full control for field service management and optimisation.
What do you dislike about Zoho FSM?
The initialisation takes time longer than usual.
What problems is Zoho FSM solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the help of Zoho FSM, complexity of field service has been decreased and the process of service delivery has been increased. It helps a lot in scheduling and increase of productivity.

Great for managing entire life-cycle of processes
What do you like best about Zoho FSM?
We used Zoho FSM as a team, and the product being cloud based makes it easier for the team to work together in several projects, and makes it efficient for the manager to see where the project is heading, also makes it possible to have a helicopter view of all members action plan, where they are stuck or which subjects they have managed to complete.
What do you dislike about Zoho FSM?
Recommendations to others considering Zoho FSM?
I can say the actual user interface is very friendly, easy to learn, and integrating with internal products as well as MS products, which allows all the departments work closely without miscommunication, as Zoho's availability in projects are real-time. Offers app version as well, engages with both stakeholders and customers, integrates with anything that you want to use.
