Easy to Get Started, Flexible Views for Managing Projects

What do you like best about Zenkit?

It was veasy to use and get started with a project. It allows you to view and manage the same data in multiple ways—Kanban, list, calendar, and mind map—without needing to duplicate work

It does not appear to be easily integrated with other tools.

What problems is Zenkit solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use it to manage projects and set up the items that need to be completed, with tasks prioritized based on what matters most. The support and onboarding make it very easy to get started right away.

Using Zenkit to organize our orders

What do you like best about Zenkit?

In our team, we use Zenkit to sort and organize orders. I find it positive that Zenkit allows you to always keep an overview and is easy to use. The drag-and-drop feature also makes working easier and saves you from having to enter data multiple times. Since multiple people have shared access to Zenkit, collaborative work is possible. If you have questions despite the easy handling of Zenkit, customer service is there to help.

What do you dislike about Zenkit?

The only drawback is that finding old entries can be a bit difficult, which could be improved.

What problems is Zenkit solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zenkit helps us keep track of our orders. Anyone can easily enter and edit the entries.

Nice Tool for organizing!

What do you like best about Zenkit?

Very well structured and even things that were entered into Zenkit a long time ago can be quickly found using the archive and the search function. The structure into different tabs that you can create yourself is also very helpful :)

What do you dislike about Zenkit?

I have nothing to complain about this tool :)

We use Zenkit to structure our laboratory internally and to list the individual products for our orders. Otherwise, with many people you quickly lose track of things.

What do you like best about Zenkit?

Perfect tool for organizing the orders in our lab and keeping track of everthing! It's nice that Zenkit can be used collaboratively. The colour coding is also very helpful!

Sometimes it's hard to find articles from years ago in the archive, if I don't know the exact name. Other than that, there is nothing I dislike.

What problems is Zenkit solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are organizing our orders for the lab in Zenkit. Whenever someone need something, he/she puts it in Zenkit so that we don't forget anything, when we are ordering chemical from different suppliers.

I used it with custom fields, great! Great and fully adaptable project management tool

What do you like best about Zenkit?

You start with what is in your mind. As simple as a normal todo list would be. Then you fill it up with the information, tags, dates and whatever data you would like to add. Switching from list mode, to kanban, table view, calendar view or even a mind map is possible with one click.

What do you dislike about Zenkit?

No intergrated sync to other tools afaik. Other than that I am completely happy.

Recommendations to others considering Zenkit?

Try it and you will love it. Clean, lean and still extremely adaptable for all your needs starting from a simple todo list to a comprehensive project management tool.

What problems is Zenkit solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's great to structure projects from the very beginning. It's up to you how to use it. Starting with a mindmap or bullet points, however you prefer it. And it grows with your structure.

What do you like best about Zenkit?

Be agile and responsive in the fast-paced world of cybersecurity. Thanks to Zenkit’s multiple views, our team can change its approach depending on how our project develops. We became more responsive to prevailing threats.

What do you dislike about Zenkit?

However, the mobile app requires improvement. It is not as user-friendly as the web version and provides a poor user interface.

Structure and clarity were added to our security operations. Zenkit made us better track tasks, assign resources, and collaborate effectively on one platform. Therefore, its use resulted in increasing our team’s efficiency and keeping a proactive mindset.

Elegant app that runs fast and on many platforms

What do you like best about Zenkit?

The advantage is I can plan tasks according to Kanban as well as according to dates and times, further I was able to import all my files, schedules and archives into Zenkit.

What do you dislike about Zenkit?

The app is pretty good in usability and performance is optimal. Nothing that I can say I liked least.

What problems is Zenkit solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was able to develop and present my projects as I wanted until the delivery date. The great collaboration features make it easy to work with my team.

For solo project and task management (I haven't evaluated it for group productivity), Zenkit is best-in-class. It has a formidable array of features that are not found in any other SMB app:

My favorite project management tool

What do you like best about Zenkit?

I genuinely appreciate the user-friendly nature of Zenkit. The abundance of tutorials has been immensely helpful, and the intuitive UI makes navigation a breeze. Additionally, collaborating with a team using Zenkit is a seamless and enjoyable experience.

What do you dislike about Zenkit?

I would like to set up a view that displays my personal tasks in a Kanban format, with a vertical division based on projects. I'm uncertain whether I haven't found the option for this yet or if it's not currently available.
