Zelta offers a level of control that I haven’t experienced with other EDCs. The tools and capabilities offered in the platform make designing and implementing clinical trials a breeze.

The only thing I dislike about Zelta is how difficult it is to search for specific topics in the user manual. The search option often returns a list of topics that aren’t what I’m looking for, or that are so off-topic that it actually makes it harder to find the information I need.

Zelta is solving problems I’ve run into with other EDCs, where I used to have to contact the study design team to request changes or edits to the database. Being a certified designer in Zelta lets me take on that role across all my clinical studies. I can manage mid-study updates myself and control both what changes are made and when they’re implemented.

The UI is easy to handle and provides all the data and reports from the dashboard. Like subject status report, epro status etc etc

The EDC is quick to build and self-learn with the help of user guide. I learned a lot of modules with thehelp of user guide.

The development of forms and dynamics are easy and time-saving, especially in edit mode. And the implementaion of global library was easy.

The tsdv and epro modules are simple and easy to configure.

We've used several different platforms in our business and have found IBM Clinical Development to be the best based on ease of use, reliability and flexibility.

There is nothing to dislike about IBM Clinical Development (except maybe the initial cost? But it's well worth the price in the medium and long run).

Efficiency, ease of learning and ease of use are the greatest benefits
