What do you like best about Xexec?

It is one of the best platforms to give incentives and rewards to employees and customers; this helps us boost engagement and create a more excellent workflow in the company. Through this tool, we can provide various discounts, bonuses and benefits to our employees.

What do you dislike about Xexec?

Nothing to dislike; this platform gives us discounts for supermarkets, movie tickets, online stores like Amazon, hotel discounts, travel tickets and electronic products, it also offers us an excellent rewards program through cards.

What problems is Xexec solving and how is that benefiting you?

1. For our company, it is essential to keep the whole team together and generate rewards that help encourage work and improve productivity.

What do you like best about Xexec?

The value of the offers listed really do feel like a perk. We're not talking 5% here, 10% there. Sometimes it's 35% plus cashback!!

What do you dislike about Xexec?

I am yet to find anything i dislike, hopefully i never will

What problems is Xexec solving and how is that benefiting you?

Probably not one for me to answer but, we used to get local discounts in the office area but with lockdown we havent been in the office - Xexec has meant that discounts and offers are still accessible

What do you like best about Xexec?

I like how easy it is to find my colleagues and to copy in other relevant parties so that they can also be made aware of the recognition. Of course, I also love the selection of vouchers and how quickly I receive them.

What do you dislike about Xexec?

Recognising a team or group of people requires the group to be saved. With limited save spaces available, it means I have to remove one group before creating another.

Recommendations to others considering Xexec:

It's a very useful tool for employees to recognise each other and promote performance exellence.

What problems is Xexec solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a manager, Xexec allows me to recognize colleagues and escalate particulary special recognitions to consider for a financial reward. It's also nice to see colleagues recognising each other. Having a channel for such recognition contributes significantly to a positive working environment.
