What do you like best about Xero?

Working on Xero was ease to operate and their multiple integration make them more useful application for us to manage all types of data and invoice related work on one place with their cloud collaboration options.

What do you dislike about Xero?

I am satisfied with the solution that Xero provide and also their integration help a lot and support on our need or requirements.

What problems is Xero solving and how is that benefiting you?

With Xero the most part i like their Inventory control option where our team can track the stock and manage the inventory without any issue nd gives perfect management with our collaborative team management.

What do you like best about Xero?

I have been working in a Computer Software for over twenty years and half of my entire recent career life has been easy due to invention of tons of workflow automation tools. Even though I had no accounting skills, I was able to implement and customize Xero on my own without involving system integrators. Xero automates over 65% of manual accounting processes that I carry out such as invoice generation, payment processing and inventory control.

What do you dislike about Xero?

Even though there are much complex accounting tools out there, Xero accomplish all my needs since my main project with it is creating and sending invoices which is perfect.

What problems is Xero solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a Chief Scientist, I am able to track expenses involved in developing computer software automatically.

I am currently working in three different organizations, but I mainly use Xero in the Healthcare industry as a Staffing Coordinator.

What do you dislike about Xero?

How I am able to create and manage invoices for staffing such as those of contract labor and travel nursing is what I like most since it requires zero manual processes.

Apart from lack of built-in HR and payroll capabilities, I totally have zero challenged that I experience when using Xero.

Accounting tool is a crucial aspect in every business team training procedures. As a Team Trainer in a Telecom industry, I am able to manage training budgets including expenses for instructors, courses and training resources.

What do you dislike about Xero?

For over a decade now, I have not come across any overwhelming feature to customize nor a bug that restricts me from accomplishing my needs.

Easy to Use and Cost-Effective Alternative to QBO

What do you like best about Xero?

It is very easy to use for both myself and clients. It offers the same functionality, only better, as QBO at a much lower cost.

What do you dislike about Xero?

I haven't really found one except no cash coding in the early program.

We were worried about the conversion from QuickBooks desktop but so far so good.

I have been using Xero for close to three years now and I rarely come across challenges despite even having zero accounting skills from implementation.

its well laid out, easy to interact with.

What do you dislike about Xero?

some features like autosave on the invoices cant be turned off. I can't copy and paste item numbers in my draft invoice item's fields. i can't copy a purchase order to an invoice.

What problems is Xero solving and how is that benefiting you?

mostly helps us keep our accounts organized. as business with lots of different types of assets and expense, its good to keep them seperated and easily able to run detailed reports on them when necessary.
