What do you like best about Xero?

I use Xero for accounting, invoicing, and expense tracking. It saves me time and keeps my finances organized in one place. I like how easy Xero is to use; it simplifies everyday accounting tasks, keeping everything organized and saving me time. We switched to Xero from QuickBooks because Xero is easier to use and more efficient. The initial setup was easy and straightforward with minimal effort required.

The interface is intuitive, and the automated bank reconciliation saves us hours every week—once you connect the bank feed, transactions match automatically. It’s also cloud-based, with a clean dashboard that gives me a real-time view of our finances anytime, anywhere.

What do you dislike about Xero?

Customer support can be slow and frustrating—they often send template responses instead of actually reading and addressing your issue. On top of that, the banking integrations frequently stop working, and the constant price increases don’t feel justified by the features offered.

Xero cuts down on manual data entry by automatically importing and categorizing our bank transactions, saving us hours of bookkeeping every week. It also provides real-time visibility into our cash flow and makes invoicing simpler, so we always know who owes us money and when it’s due.

What do you like best about Xero?

I hear about Xero and give free trail to my finance team. they use it now and tell me its good software. checking financial report is easy the new starter $5.80 discount for 3 month is also good for company budget.

What do you dislike about Xero?

my team just started free trail recently is working fine. we did not find any major dislike.

Now no need to wait for month end. Xero show live cash flow and business budget on dashboard daily.

Xero is very userfriendly software with great reporting features

What do you like best about Xero?

Xero's integration capabilities with other softwares is tremendous. Weather its CIN7 or Shopify, its really easy to connect and helpful to ecommerce clients. Further Xero UI is self explanatory and easy to use for new users.

Bank feeds can be connected easily, and chart of accounts import feature is amazing.

What problems is Xero solving and how is that benefiting you?

Purchase bills in Xero has only one field to populate reference. We can either put the purchase order no or Supplier bill in it. If we put either of one in notes and try to search; that would not populate in search tab.
