What do you like best about Xero?I find Xero simple and easy to use. It makes the bookkeeping side of my accounts simple: I can spend a few minutes each day uploading receipts and checking my profit and loss, and I get an accurate bank reconciliation at the end of the month. That gives me confidence that I’m running my business correctly. When I call customer support, they’re patient and don’t rush me. They understand when I haven’t understood something and make it very easy for me to make adjustments. The guide is handy, and the videos are easy to understand. I also like that if I get stuck, I can use Claude to look at my Xero and help find an issue, then use the help guide to find a quick fix. The connectivity with GoFile is simple and easy. What do you like best about Xero?I think most of my requirements are easily available. I mostly use it to check invoices, expenses and payment related details. It really saves me from opening up different files or bothering someone for such basic update.What do you dislike about Xero?It did take me a while to get used to it. There is a lot of options and I didn't really understood all of it at the beginning. There are some parts that are more tricky.What problems is Xero solving and how is that benefiting you?Our top priority is having our financials all in one place. It was very easy before for things to get confused between a number of different emails, records and spreadsheets. Xero has made it a lot more simple to find the latest information when you need it and it reduced the back and forth with the finance team, which is probably the biggest benefit for me.

What do you like best about Xero?Ease of use is a big plus—you don’t need much of an accounting background to get started with the app. Being able to set up recurring invoices is also very helpful, and I appreciate the integration with Hubdoc. Overall, the system performs very well. From a pricing perspective, I’d also say it’s affordable. AI is still a bit lacking.What do you dislike about Xero?The standard reporting isn’t great, and it’s also not very easy to modify the reports.What problems is Xero solving and how is that benefiting you?It’s relatively easy to handle bookkeeping for multiple companies, which saves time. It also simplifies the year-end process, since the accountant has less work to do.

What do you like best about Xero?Xero is quite simple to administer after I have configured it. I like that I can consolidate user access, permissions and financial workflows into one platform. The integrations are very helpful for integrating the Xero account to other applications we use with the business and the MFA is a suitable simple security control. For IT admin, the overall interface doesn't take long to learn.What do you dislike about Xero?There are a few more admin settings that would be nice to be easier. Managing permissions checked and up to date for several integrations and users can be a little tedious.What problems is Xero solving and how is that benefiting you?It provides the business teams with one single cloud platform for finance activities rather than a scatter gun of spreadsheets and other platforms. And from an IT point of view, it's easier to manage user administration and review permissions, and you get greater visibility of how the platform integrates with other applications.

What do you like best about Xero?I love how straightforward daily accounting with Xero is. The dashboard gives a snapshot of what's going on, and it's so simple to jump in and out of invoice, expenses, payments and reports, saving me time having to deal with separate spread sheets where information can sometimes be hidden when I need to access, or investigate, some data.What do you dislike about Xero?I do think some of the higher-level reporting functionalities could be a little more customizable. I do have a desire for reports that display only certain information or custom views, and that often requires time fiddling with the report generation options. Some workflows also took a little time to learn.What problems is Xero solving and how is that benefiting you?I'm currently using Xero to handle my invoices, expenses and payment reminders and I'm running financial reports. To me it effectively centralizes all of my critical financial data into one easily accessible position; making it more controllable and time efficient. I'm discovering Xero significantly reduces management of spreadsheets and enables automated invoice reminders.

What do you like best about Xero?It’s easy to use and really fast. I love that I can use it on the go, and the simple interface helps a lot. The integrations with different banks help the reconciliation a lot.What do you dislike about Xero?The price is a bit steep. It has increased a bit recently. The support seems to be a little slow but it's not too bad.What problems is Xero solving and how is that benefiting you?Bank recs and tax returns are the main things I use it for and it's worked perfectly for me.

What do you like best about Xero?Xero is our preferred accounting platform that helps us in account reconciliations and therefore guarantee compliance in auditing and execution of checks and balances in our organization.What do you dislike about Xero?Sometimes accessing it when internet connection is poor, it becomes a hurdle as it does not support offline mode usage.What problems is Xero solving and how is that benefiting you?We needed an all round accounting software for usage in all of our financial transactions and Xero has helped us with that enabling us to remain resolute financially while also enabling us conquer new market niches.

What do you like best about Xero?I like how simple and easy Xero is to use. Everything is well organized, and I can quickly check invoices, expenses, and my accounts without any hassle. Xero saves me time, keeps everything in one place, and makes it easier to stay on top of my finances. We switched from QuickBooks to Xero because it felt simpler and more convenient for everyday accounting.What do you dislike about Xero?Some features can take a little time to get used to.
