Honestly, the best part of Worksuite is how it handles the onboarding. We used to waste so much time chasing down freelancers for tax forms, banking info, signed contracts, and so on over email. Now, we can just send them a link, they upload everything into the portal themselves as well as it tracks their compliance status automatically. The interface is really clean and simple, so our team didn't need any real training to figure it out.

The platform is good enough, but the platform can occasionally experience slow loading times when handling large batches of data. And whenever I try to find a candidate through the search bar using their email IDs, it shows lots of candidates with different email IDs. That causes frustration for us. Despite these minor hiccups, it has vastly improved our operational efficiency.

Before the Worksuite, our biggest bottleneck was freelancers/contractors onboarding. We struggled with managing endless email threads just to collect the data (example - bank details, tax docs and signed agreements). Now, we use this platform to automate the entire everything. This has reduced a lot of time for us. Now it removes the manual back-and-forth and gives our operations team total peace of mind.

Worksuite has been and continues to be highly beneficial to our business in many ways. The support from our account representative and the Worksuite Support team has been excellent, and the platform is intuitive for our talent to use. Its seamless integration across multiple departments has been a game-changer, enabling us to manage our suppliers more effectively while maintaining compliance.

There are a few additional features I’d love to see developed in Worksuite, particularly around vendor management. For example, it would be incredibly helpful to allow more than one designated user per profile, as many companies have teams that need shared access.

Worksuite has significantly enhanced our operations by automating supplier onboarding, streamlining invoicing and approval workflows, and centralizing all compliance documentation. It has become a trusted, single source of truth for our supplier population.

I like that is that it is easy to use and all tools are in one place.

One thing I don't like is that it can't be share with non google users.

I use Worksuite as an all-in-one business management platform. What I find most beneficial are the reports and analysis on financial and team productivity, which help me track project budgets, expenses, and invoices. It gives me a real-time snapshot of where money might be leaking and assists in making better business decisions, instead of manually tracking expenses in Excel. I also appreciate the organized approach that eliminates the need to juggle multiple tools. Additionally, setting up basic projects and tasks is straightforward, and most users can get started within a day or two, thanks to the intuitive interface with clear sections.

The user interface and experience could be improved because some users find it a bit cluttered or not as intuitive, especially when accessing multiple modules like tasks, invoices, and CRM at once. Streamlined dashboards with customizable views for different roles could make navigation smoother. Also, the reporting flexibility could be enhanced; while there are reports for finance and productivity, customizing them or creating very detailed, specific reports can be limited. More advanced filtering, multi-project comparison, and export options would help managers dig deeper into data.

Worksuite helps me with time tracking, task management, and team collaboration. The reports and analysis on financial and team productivity are great for tracking project budgets, expenses, and client payments in real-time, allowing better business decisions without manually tracking expenses in Excel.

We can curate the paid, approved, and unapproved payments on the Worksuite. It is user friendly and easy to navigate the payments.

Work suite has a user friendly interface. Data sharing and communication of my organisation has enhanced as information is easily accessible. The administrative expenses has reduced as it automates monitoring and customer feedback. The security features are good.

Work suite does not have more options for bulk actions . Also has less customisation options

Being able to store contractors with their skillset and search using that criteria. Super simple process to add new contacts by invite and they are in the database.
