WorkHoist is construction management software for general contractors and specialty trades running crews of 5 to 50 in the US and UK. It covers the job from the first lead to the final invoice in one system, so sales, the field and the office work from one set of numbers. A built-in CRM and sales pipeline track prospects and bids. Estimates and proposals are built in the same place, and a won deal becomes a live project without re-keying. Projects include a Gantt schedule, tasks, daily logs with photos, RFIs, submittals, punch lists, documents, a crew work plan and equipment tracking. Job financials cover budgets and cost codes, change orders, purchase orders, expenses, time cards, schedule-of-values billing with AIA G702/G703 forms and retainage held per line, AR aging, budget versus actual, cash flow and a live P&L per job. Subcontractor compliance tracks each sub's documents and flags expired ones. A project email hub links Gmail or Outlook messages to jobs, and clients and subcontractors get portal access to their project records.
