I love how easy WorkflowMax is to use for managing projects from start to finish in my engineering consultancy business. It gives me an instant picture of pipeline and project financial performance. The fact it links directly with Xero is great. The initial setup was also very easy.

They just need to allow syncing with OneDrive/SharePoint.

I like that WorkflowMax is a customizable workflow that integrates neatly with Xero, which means there's no double handling of invoices. It's pretty great for keeping everything streamlined.

The lead management system isn't as good as it could be, but it is improving. And some tasks take more clicks than I would like.

WorkflowMax helps with tracking leads, quotes, job status, POs, and invoicing, and its integration with Xero eliminates double handling of invoices.

The time sheet app really helps to keep track of job hours in real time, gone are the days of inputting from a diary

when WFM changed to blue rock it lost its integration with Dext. the Dext to WFM was the best feature and saved hours per week.

WFM is a great place to store all of your job information job hours / costs / contacts, it is user-friendly.

I like WorkflowMax for its ease of use and efficiency. The timesheet and weekly timesheet view are features I use and value the most.

I find the universal search function tool is sometimes clunky. It doesn't always find jobs when I type in a job title or client, which can be frustrating.

Love WFM, for its simplicity and functionality for our team of consultants, to record time, easily manage clients, multiple jobs and quotes, integrate with payroll, and report on how we are doing!

I find WorkflowMax easy to use for entering data and extracting information. The visual representation of data in graphs is another aspect I particularly like. The initial setup was very easy as I just had to log into the new version.

I use WorkflowMax for project reporting, timesheets, and lead management, which helps in tracking project financial performance. It's easy to use, enter data, and extract information, with a great visual representation of data.

What I like most about WorkflowMax is how central it is to my everyday work. I use it every working day to track my time and manage my time budgets across the various projects I am involved in. The system makes it easy to see where my time is going and to stay accountable to project budgets.

I also value the range of features available for time and job tracking, particularly the ability to clearly distinguish between billable and non-billable hours. Being able to see how many hours I have spent on billable work is especially useful for managing workloads and supporting accurate invoicing and reporting.

Not anything I can think of, so I guess there is none.

I really like that WorkflowMax is simple and straightforward to use. Another thing I appreciate is the good integration with Xero, which saves time by avoiding unnecessary repetition. The integration with Zapier also allows a direct connection to our ISO9001 quality management system. Additionally, the reports are good and they help me keep the important aspects of my business under review. Setting it up was all very straightforward too.

I think the ability to attach files to costs would be great.
