Occasional it's buggy - I'll scan an item and it will pull up the wrong asset

Basically it solves the problem of keeping up with who has what and where. I can pull a report to list everyone needing a new device each year. We have an equipment library for students and teachers, so the checkout and check-in feature is used constantly. It helps with the problem of getting items returned on time: I like the automated notifications it sends to users when they check out/in an item, and reminders when the item is due back.

Its flexibility is good because of the way they blend as per the organization's requirements. It good to have and helps you maintain data in an easier way.

The customer support is not up to the mark. This aspect should be taken care of and would really help them to excel in their business.

I like that it adapts to the needs of the companies, to manage and manage the assets of the same, since it gives you the functions to facilitate the management of said assets.

at the time of making the reports does not allow you to do them in a personalized way but you have to do them with the bases that the platform offers you

Customer support is horrible. We had the on premise version before we switched to the Cloud version which worked fine. We has a custom report which WASP support told us would work on the Cloud version which doesn't work. There support told us since we where the only company asking for this feature they wouldn't work on the issue.

100% verify that your requirements can be meet by their system. Do not reply on the sales team to get you the correct answers.

I can't see anything to mention as a real highlight.

- The software is outdated, you have many different screens, they take a lot to load, they are clumsy.

- The support service is a NIGHTMARE! They are unable to understand your question, they hardly provide a useful answer, many times they just say "the system doesn't do it" or "it is a bug". If you push them, they ask you to call them!!! They are unable to resolve a problem by ticket!!!

- There is NO decent EXPORT tool!! You are the owner of your data, right? Especially considering you are PAYING them to use the SaaS!!! But the system doesn't allow you to make a full export of your data! Asking the support is also a dead-end!
