We create Golos, a voice-based social media platform featuring audio conferences, voice chats, and other functions.
We would like to note in particular while working with Voximplant is their professionalism in communicating with clients. The Voximplant team created a group chat and allocated a working group to deal specifically with our project. They were also always available for conference calls with developers. Voximplant has been doing it all for free because they believe in our product!
When you create a complex, cutting-edge product, you face failures. It would be good to get a more operational analysis of failures and prompt identification of which side an error is on.

Voximplant has given us important PSTN calling capabilities that leverage our advanced architecture.

We’ve been using Voximplant platform for about 5 years. It's the best fit for creating custom scripts for calling. In our view, this is the best solution for building your own telephony, mainly because of its flexibility.
There are rare technical issues, but they are resolved quickly and within SLA.
The platform is a perfect match for companies similar to ours - for large travel aggregators, with a very large flow of communications.
The main reason for integrating our telephony into CRM was to optimize communications with existing customers, as well as prompt processing of incoming calls, especially in the high season. We managed to achieve that.

The prices for the traffic are a little bit too high. No one-way sms in the required region yet.
