Vividly has built out an amazing software and an experienced services team that serves all A/R and Promotion needs for CPG brands. They are continuously adding new offerings.

There is nothing that I dislike. I'm excited for when new offerings are added and excited about when we can upgrade to their higher tiers.

Trade Promotions, Deductions and A/R. Vividly is helping us across all.

The ability to harvest backup and have detailed spending reports that can be exported is invaluable for an agile team. The customer service is also much more personal than any other service I've worked with before

I want the ability to have more automatic deductions tagging to get better spending insights. Deductions related to shipping fines and spoils are an area in which I would like more detail.

Harmonizing all deductions from all routes of business. I have to consolidate certain retailers with multiple ways to market, and Vividly makes reviewing deductions so much easier.

Exporting files and the search box. Those are my 2 favorite functions. 2

A little bit slow when you first login sometimes it takes up to 3 - 4 mins for the app the app start working.

Cresicor allows you to quickly see areas that need to be tweaked and make changes to the plans leveraging the insights.

Cresicor is very simple to use and allows for all promotional input and management on one simple and easy to use platform.

Cresicor is helpful as it is easy to use! They provide free training and always have people available to assist you with any questions. It makes planning and analytics simple!

I don't particularly appreciate how the planning dates do not follow each other, and you have to change them every time you make a change. I wish you could search your promotion using a filter.

Cresicor has been timing out more frequently which caused our planning deadlines to be pushed out by a day.

Easiest to use and the product is the most modern compared to the ones in the market

Cresicor is a highly user-friendly platform for trade management and insights. Simple and straightforward, anyone can learn the essential functions within Cresicor in just a short introductory training session. The team at Cresicor has always been available to answer any questions and respond quickly to inquiries. We started with the base package a few months ago but are already looking to upgrade to the next tier.

The only downside I have found so far, is when you make a change to an already approved or running promotion, it is automatically kicked back to pending and you will have to change the status again.

Cresicor has helped our team have transparency into trade and allows us to account for future spending, minimizing any surprises to our bottom line.

The business can see when and with whom we are spending our promo dollars and whether our promotions are effective or not. It also gives us the tools we need to manage our Budget

The system does require management, and if you don't have the resources, it may not be the time to invest

Better visibility to accruals and overall spend and Cresicor gives us the information to analyze our promotional effectiveness. We have also saved money using the tool to dispute programs that didn't run or were billed incorrectly
