As a leader of a team in the tech company, every day I need to talk and work with people inside and outside our group. Vidyard has been a big help in this area. I really like its choices for customizing things, which makes it easy to change information for different customers. Especially when we first talk or after, the whiteboard tool has been very useful for telling hard thoughts to calm customers. It works smoothly with our job plans, making both our selling and customer help squads do better.

But, there are a few things in Vidyard that could be made better. First, the way it lets you save videos could be more flexible; a simpler place to neatly sort and label videos would be a big improvement. Also, even though the Pro package is worth its cost, I think the other packages don't have enough space to store videos. This can be a problem if you want a complete list view of all your content.

It's made our group better at sharing hard thoughts in a clear, picture-like way. This has really helped when talking to customers who like seeing things instead of reading long emails.

-Have to manually hyperlink your video in email - clicking video thumbnail in the email doesn't lead to the video

The ability to stand out from other prospects and show that I'm human

I like the ease of use. I was able to login the first time and use it with in 5 minutes.

So far, I have not found anything that I dislike about Vidyard.

I like using Vidyard to create trining videos for new processes that I need to share with our sales tema.

I love How Vidyard allows me to saend messages of me being my organic self! I can express myself so much better than in email!

I wish the in screen toolbar made my already recorded Viduyards more accesible

I have used Vidyard a few times and it is super simple to use. I really love how it works.

I don't dislike anything about it. It is great!

It sure helps when I record a video and personalize it while sending emails to prospects. Helps me really connect with my prospect crowd better.

You can create a varieity of different vidoes and share you screen with your customers. You can also edit those video and use a few different tools to add some personalization to each video.

The Vidyard team has also checked in regularly with updates and training sesions.

There is some clunkyness with some of the tools and it can take a little while to learn how to use the full range of features offered.

I can give a personal touch to my interactions with customers. I speak to and email around 100 people every day, so when someone writes me back, I can send them a short customized video to show they have my attention.

Being able to quickly create a short video to send to either brand new prospects or companies I have been speaking to regularly.

Limit on videos in library, but understandable with it being the free version.

Vidyard is helping me get a sales point across quickly and more interactively than a traditionaly, wordy email.

It's easy of use. You get started with Vidyard in seconds after signing up.

It does not always work well for overlaying your video with the screen recording.

Communicating and actually getting the attention of recipients of my emails with video content.

Love that I don't have to adjust my work flow in a major way, the plug in allows easy web browser or screen recording so I don't have to go out of my way with multiple complicated steps or workarounds that I need to do with other simliar software. I get an easy to share link, and can even edit or clip my video to cut out me fumbling with stop key. It can access and browse them later on to pull in or reference later if needed.

Not much, I had some tech issues with the browsing screesharing outside the browser window at first, but it was an internal compnay IT issue.

I use this for internal and external SOP process and training procedures. It's cuts down on how much I repeate myself internally and externally.

Super easy to use and integrated with third-party software.
