Love that I don't have to adjust my work flow in a major way, the plug in allows easy web browser or screen recording so I don't have to go out of my way with multiple complicated steps or workarounds that I need to do with other simliar software. I get an easy to share link, and can even edit or clip my video to cut out me fumbling with stop key. It can access and browse them later on to pull in or reference later if needed.
Not much, I had some tech issues with the browsing screesharing outside the browser window at first, but it was an internal compnay IT issue.

As a leader of a team in the tech company, every day I need to talk and work with people inside and outside our group. Vidyard has been a big help in this area. I really like its choices for customizing things, which makes it easy to change information for different customers. Especially when we first talk or after, the whiteboard tool has been very useful for telling hard thoughts to calm customers. It works smoothly with our job plans, making both our selling and customer help squads do better.
But, there are a few things in Vidyard that could be made better. First, the way it lets you save videos could be more flexible; a simpler place to neatly sort and label videos would be a big improvement. Also, even though the Pro package is worth its cost, I think the other packages don't have enough space to store videos. This can be a problem if you want a complete list view of all your content.
It's made our group better at sharing hard thoughts in a clear, picture-like way. This has really helped when talking to customers who like seeing things instead of reading long emails.
