Having more detailed administrator and employee guides upfront would have made the onboarding process even smoother.What problems is Vestd solving and how is that benefiting you?The ability to digitize the entire ESOP grant process—from issuing grant letters to obtaining employee acknowledgements in a secure, centralized platform—simplifies what was previously a manual and time-consuming exercise.

What do you like best about Vestd?I like the system accuracy. There are no breakdowns. Our KAM Mr. Shane has been excellent and has helped us whenever we are stuck. What do you like best about Vestd?I find Vestd very good for guiding me through the process of setting up an EMI share scheme for our employees. The onboarding team is very friendly and knowledgeable, and the software itself is structured and logically set out, making it easy to work through. It gives me an overview of how to set up the EMI scheme and answers particular questions I've had. The onboarding team (Firaz) have been excellent and point out potential pitfalls and advantages of structuring things in certain ways, providing reassurance and confidence. The guides and software offer a structured approach with helpful links for further information, saving me time and expenses compared to using external lawyers.What do you dislike about Vestd?not found anything to dislike - clearly this software doesn't like one word answers!What problems is Vestd solving and how is that benefiting you?I use Vestd to set up an EMI share scheme. It provides structured guidance, the very helpful onboarding team are there to hold your hand and answer my questions and guide you through the process as well as highlight pitfalls, and their to provide reassurance. It has saved time and cost by avoiding external lawyers.
