Easy to Use and Reliable, Minor Setup and Renewal Hiccups

What do you like best about Trumpia?

Services was very easy to use. This service was primarily used for priority incident notifications and availability was high with some minor temporary outages.

What do you dislike about Trumpia?

Initial setup of service was a bit rocky, but once we had it setup all was well. Service interruption when renewing service as PO was being processed.

Outstanding Support Keeps Me Engaged

What do you like best about Trumpia?

I am blown away by the customer support and how my Account Manager, Jed, has continued to check in on me. Honestly, if he didn't I probably would have started to use this and then forgotten about it for months because I'm a typical busy small business owner doing a millions things. Jed's help is keeping me on track to making sure Trumpia is a key tool in my marketing.

What do you dislike about Trumpia?

Setting up the the campaign is a bit more involved than I expected but once the first one is done it's easier to duplicate and at least there is support to help.

What problems is Trumpia solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am using Trumpia to help with my lead flow. I need to get more potential customers into my pipeline to hopefully convert to actual customers in the future. I also plan to use Trumpia to reengage past customers for additional business or referrals which I'm really terrible at doing now.

And not having to use our personal cell #s is great as well! Highly recommend for any business looking to enhance its communication strategy!

What do you like best about Trumpia?

The platform makes it easy to create and automate personalized and engaging messaging to each market’s sales teams, allowing us to easily update stores with helpful and directly relevant information ranging from upcoming promo ‘cheat sheets’, POS updates and procedures, and customer service 101 to weekly (scheduled) motivational messages to start their week.

What do you dislike about Trumpia?

The Keyword Sign-ups cap at 11 keywords.

What problems is Trumpia solving and how is that benefiting you?

Trumpia allows our agency to put together a strategic routine for automating communication needs to our client's sales teams. We are able to scheudle all updates, reminders, motivation, etc... for the entire month, once a month. In addition to being able to send a broadcast message to all contacts within a speficic market if needed.

Everyone checks their phone multiple times a day and this is the best way to get a message across within minutes! Absolutely love Trumpia! We have had such a positive experience using this product!

What do you like best about Trumpia?

It is so easy to use and is the most efficient way to communicate with 500+ people at once!

What do you dislike about Trumpia?

Sometimes people will have a block on their phone preventing them from being added to the program which means you have to jump through some extra hoops to get them added.

Easy text messaging system for mass communication!

What do you like best about Trumpia?

I have thoroughly enjoyed being able to create very specific, details distribution lists in order to send information to a specific set of students. Additionally, it has been incredibly helpful to use the scheduling tool in order to plan ahead to send messages. I am looking forward to also learn more about the 'voting' tool which can help receive feedback on surveys from students!

What do you dislike about Trumpia?

I sometimes feel as if the screen lags a little bit that makes it difficult to work quickly.

What problems is Trumpia solving and how is that benefiting you?

Trumpia is helping me to communicate with our student body about events, upcoming deadlines, room inspection dates, and much more!

What do you like best about Trumpia?

Overall, this platform has been the best fit for managing our outreach compared to others we’ve tried. The support team is responsive and helpful, and from a development standpoint, the API documentation is clear and straightforward to configure.

No downsides in our experience—they’ve proven they can get the job done effectively.

Trumpia is fantastic! The program is easy to understand and navigate. When I have a question their team is fast to respond and easy to work with. Our customers love getting text message reminders for appointments. Overall an excellent program and team behind it!

Easy interface, great support.

What do you like best about Trumpia?

We use Trumpia as a white label and there really is nothing we can complain about. Great system, does exactly what we (and our customers) need, and the support is first class.

Message restrictions, but that isn't their fault. (It's carrier filters to blame).
