What do you like best about Torii?Torii has become an essential tool for our daily SaaS management. Its true strength lies in the ability to centralize all company tools into a single, simple, and intuitive platform. For each software, we can upload contracts, track expenses, accurately monitor renewal deadlines, and assign a well-defined manager for each application. This way, we avoid unwanted renewals and always maintain complete control over both deadlines and the budget.What do you dislike about Torii?The interface and management logic are truly excellent. As with all SaaS Management tools, a brief initial setup phase is necessary to correctly map all contracts; however, once in operation, it saves a lot of time and makes management much smoother.What problems is Torii solving and how is that benefiting you?Solve at the root the problem of "shadow IT", fragmented costs, and the loss of contract traceability. It also allows for managing the onboarding of new colleagues and, even better, the offboarding, helping to identify the tools from which it is necessary to remove departing colleagues.

What do you like best about Torii?Torii has a very streamlined process to hit the ground running and implement high-impact tools in little time. What do you dislike about Torii? Recommendations to others considering Torii?The implementation team is very invested in making the most out of the tool from week 1.What problems is Torii solving and how is that benefiting you?Torii integrates to many platforms but there are a few that are not yet connected. Hopefully they will include many more in the future and they offer API integration as well.

What do you like best about Torii?I love using Torii for automating workflows at work, especially for tasks like onboarding, offboarding, and syncing with apps like Bamboo, SAP Concur, Salesforce, and Google. The UI of Torii is very user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and find what I need quickly. Additionally, the initial setup was straightforward and easy, and I found the documentation to be good.What do you dislike about Torii?I find that it sometimes takes too long to sync different apps like Bamboo, and I also notice that there isn't much detail available on the log level when a workflow fails.What problems is Torii solving and how is that benefiting you?I use Torii to automate workflows, like onboarding and offboarding, and to sync with apps like Bamboo, SAP Concur, Salesforce, and Google.

What do you like best about Torii?I basically like everything about Torii. I wish I had more time to build more things with it and use more modules. I also appreciate the updates in the product. Plus, the onboarding was incredibly fast, probably the fastest I've ever experienced.What do you dislike about Torii?When syncing data from apps to Torii, it's challenging to retrieve non-standard fields. I'd like the option in any integration to map fields from the app to custom fields in Torii.What problems is Torii solving and how is that benefiting you?I use Torii for offboarding, reducing manual operations.

What do you like best about Torii?I use Torii to manage our apps and appreciate having our own tech audit to avoid shadow IT. I find it incredibly useful for getting visibility, as it helps me see who is using Torii, which is super important. I love the recommendations it makes on who should be offboarded to free up space and budget. Torii's intuitive interface and the ability to integrate it with almost everything is amazing. The seamless initial setup experience stood out, as I followed the steps from an email sent by our admin team. Lastly, I love the current webinars and look forward to exploring more capabilities through Claude.What do you dislike about Torii?Right now, I think it's the part where it can't integrate with CultureAmp yet, but that's not a biggie. I'd love to have more contracts and licenses features as it's very connected to my role. Maybe there already are, but I haven't discovered it yet. I also love the current webinars; maybe an onboarding for contracts could help me out?What problems is Torii solving and how is that benefiting you?I use Torii to manage our apps, providing visibility on who uses them and helping avoid shadow IT. It recommends offboarding users to free up resources, aiding in tech auditing. The integration capability is fantastic, making it a potential control center for our tools.

What do you like best about Torii?The two things I like most about Torii are its shadow-IT visibility and the support from the team. UX/UI is easy too.What do you dislike about Torii?Sometimes there are bugs, but the support team is quick to fix them. Lacking a bit of reporting features, but now it is more possible with MCP.What problems is Torii solving and how is that benefiting you?Shadow IT, spend per app across different entities, and better visibility with the possibility to plan centralised solutions, which we did not really have any option to see before. Easier offboarding, saving on removing offboarded people from old accounts.

What do you like best about Torii?The automated SaaS discovery is what sold me. Torii pulls from our finance and SSO systems and surfaces every app people actually use, including the shadow IT that never went through procurement, so I finally have one real source of truth instead of piecing spend together from expense reports.What do you dislike about Torii?The workflow builder has a real learning curve, and getting the automations set up the way I wanted took more trial and error than I expected. A few of the integrations are also shallower than the marketing suggests, so the data depth varies depending on the app.What problems is Torii solving and how is that benefiting you?Torii solved our visibility problem. We didn't have a reliable picture of what SaaS we were running, who was using it, or what we were spending, so renewals and license counts were mostly guesswork. Now I can see actual usage and spend in one place, which means we cut unused licenses, catch shadow IT early, and go into renewals with data instead of hunches.

Torii connects deeply with our core stack—including our HRMS, identity providers, and finance tools—right out of the box. Data ingestion is automatic and highly reliable, so we always have a real-time, accurate view of users and entitlements without dealing with buggy connections or resorting to manual CSV uploads. Recommendations to others considering Torii?Shadow IT is a real issue and having deep visibility into who is using which SaaS, approved or not, is immeasurably helpful beyond the data Torii provides. What do you like best about Torii?The UI is easy to navigate and laid out well. Being able to export at any time for our accounting/finance team is a real plus. The browser extension, and the way it works with most of the APIs, helps us get better insight into our usage. When we’ve had issues, their support has been quick and responsive. Overall, it gives us clear, powerful visibility into who is using what, which is genuinely helpful. It also helps us cut back on applications that aren’t being used. The renewal reminders are another great feature and make it much easier to stay on top of everything.What do you dislike about Torii?I wish they offered better insight into Adobe usage without requiring the Enterprise version of the application. I’m not sure whether this is a limitation of the application itself or of Torii.What problems is Torii solving and how is that benefiting you?Shadow IT — by helping us identify it, we’re able to uncover more of it across our environment.
