Offboarding automation is a critical part of our SOC 2 employee lifecycle to meet compliance.

I would like to see more integrations. I will say in the 2 years we have leveraged Torii they have added, and continue to add, new integrtions .
It is a critial tool for employee lifecycel, espacially the automation of offboarding.
Torii is a machine, that has made it easy for us to detect applications used in the organization and has helped us to reduce costs since we have identified those applications that fulfill similar functions; in addition, the fact of being able to add contracts, start and end date helps us enormously when deciding whether to renew or not.
Although Torii, in general is super easy to use and implement, I would like there to be better supported when making customs integrations of certain applications since today, there are still certain applications that are not in Torii.
Contracts, torii has been fabulous; since we detected the applications and added the contracts, we have been able to create alerts that tell us how long the contract will expire; not only that, these alerts automatically create a ticket in Jira, which greatly facilitates the work.

Torii has been a game changer for us especially in automating our onboarding experience. They are always releasing new features which really allows us to optimise our processes.
There is very little I dislike about Torii as they are always listening to feedback and addressing definiciences.
Torii is very good at helping us reduce shadow IT. As we give our end users alot of freedom to explore different products that may improve their processes, Torii allows us to know when this happens so we can be proactive in following up with the process owner.
The Workflow feature, in my opinion, is one of the best aspects of Torii. Due to the ability to integrate with so many third party apps, it allows IT to automate alot of processes in a low / no code environment. If a third party integration doesn't exist, it still allows the ability to send data to apis which really widens the available processes for automation.
It is very helpful during our Offboarding process.

Torii provides us with an excellent set of tools to manage our overall SaaS estate and including workflows that enable powerful automations through App integrations to facilitate on and off-boarding flows as well as many other custom actions.
The platform allows us to manage and take better control of all aspects of our estate and drive cost and security management of Apps, services, users and licensing.
In addition we use the customisable features to manage our contracts and services not related to SaaS or IT.
The support and customer success team are also very good at helping you get the best results from all aspects of the service.
Not much to be honest, but sometimes simple tasks can be harder that complicated ones.
It would be nice to view the high level dashboard reports based on a view or selection of Apps, instead of just overall apps.
I also would love to see more historical financial data for comparing year on year costs and savings.
Torii is helping us better manage our large estate of apps, including reducing costs by identifying waste on licensing, it also helps us manage our App owners and keep an eye on overall spend.
In addition it simplifies user on-off boarding and other tasks as we don't have a single domain but rather multiple user access databases spread across our SaaS estate.
