Fixed on Christmas Day!

I've been a Todoist user for several years and recently had an issue with my subscription just before the Christmas period. Although there was a slight delay in support coming back to me, it was quickly fixed. More impressive was that it was fixed on Christmas Day! Brilliant service.

Fantastic todo list software

Fantastic todo list software. I like how simple it is; each task has just 4 possible priority states, and can be tagged with a project to keep them organised. It's no more and no less than I need for my todo list organiser app.

Very responsive customer service.

Took out a business account that I didn't end up needing but had already been charged for the year. Sent an email and within 10 mins had the refund processed by Melis.

A First-Class To-Do Application

I have been a regular user of Todoist Pro since 2018, and I have found it to be a brilliant to-do app that is easily accessible and synchronized across all my devices. It is easy to quickly input tasks, easy to quickly pull up my tasks, and the rich filtering feature enables me to see just the tasks that I need to focus on at that moment.

Additionally, I love how this company constantly innovates and releases helpful new features.

Finally, on the rare occasions that I have needed to reach out to Customer Support, they have been prompt to respond, professional and polite, and very helpful in resolving my issue.

I highly recommend the Pro version of Todoist.
