What do you like best?

Thanks to this tool we have been able to generate consistent quotes much more quickly taking advantage of all kinds of opportunities.

What do you dislike?

It is a bit difficult to maintain the integration or even integrate it with other tools

"Understanding and building better relationship with customers"

What do you like best?

It helps build a better relationship with customers. With one unified customer platform, you get clear picture of their details, needs, and preferences. Based on all this and other details, it becomes easier to understand the customer's more personal

User interface and difficulty of integration with other tools, but works well with google app

If you want to have a good relationship with your customers, it important to understand their behavior and need, and if their needs are kept in the first place and giving them the right delivery experience, they will always be loyal! And, I think this platform is one to be used! Highly recommended!

"Insightly CRM keeps contacts, companies and deals using free tools and maximizes the productivity."

What do you like best?

It contains guidelines on how to operate the system. With a few clicks you can grasp all the tools. Key features include email tracking and email profiles. User can communicate with customer and take notes. It allows business to run smoothly with more productivity in less time. The best feature for me is issue ticketing. Basic tools like finding the information of company, template for emails and tracking the activities of sales team are helpful. With the help of notification system user is informed immediately.

What do you dislike?

The mobile version of the software needs many improvements. To utilize more features paid version is needed which is a bit more expensive. At many times contact listed was not correct. Bugs prevented the system from saving and glitches would make the service to log out. However, the pros outshine the cons.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Insightly CRM is beginners friendly tool allowing users to expand the business. It is a marvelous software that is highly recommended.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Insightly is a CRM tool that can be integrated with several social media platforms. It is a reliable solution for customer engagement, project management, and data storage. I highly value my relationship with my clients and this tool helped me gain insights on how to serve them better.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It took some time for me to be fully acquainted with all of Insightly’s features. I have had a very good experience using it so far, but I would like it better if I can use it to send HTML emails.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This CRM tool is cost-friendly and is perfect for medium-sized businesses. It has helped me create quotes more efficiently. It is also easily accessible from a mobile device. Overall, I could say that I am extremely satisfied with Insightly.

"Slightly earns best business reputation through "Insightly""

What do you like best?

For me my customers owe much importance. Insightly has made easier for me to get engage with customers and synchronize data. I found it useful in term of project management and to integrate with other social apps. It’s very important to know how tour client is feeling; by using Insightly I get entire idea of their buying experience.

What do you dislike?

It takes quite time and a full description before getting ready to use it professionally. So you have to go through videos which are a guide for all level users. It does not support to send HTML emails. However my personal experience is going very best.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I want to recommend the team to improve its appearance. A beginner may find it traffic jammed with the overall view. Also please add some more features in free trial version .But it is recommended for all the medium sales process of a business. This is very reliable for maintain sales data and order prediction.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It is very useful for moderate business setups. You do not have to pay heavy bills. Before using this app I had to generate quotes and it always takes so long. But now once I add a particular client to my CRM I don’t have to worry about details and quote is generated so easily in few minutes. It is very easy to use from cell phones. I have very satisfied by this modern marketing platform.

"Easy to work with!"

What do you like best?

This product has allowed me to manage and get a clearer view of my organization’s sales. With Insightly, I can organize all the information of my client and sort them on different categories, allowing me to have a faster way to approach them when needed. Its project management tools are also amazing although it’s not a product which it’s directed that way, it makes a great job to keep track of the way a project is going and create a timeline that can be used to see all the milestones and tasks.

Insightly lets me manage multiple things in the same software, and it doesn’t get clogged up by too many features. My favorite feature is the calendar, which is highly intuitive and I can customize it whenever I want to fit my schedules, without duplicating events or causing mistakes that could lead to problems in my job.

The integration with Gmail is interactive and it’s easy to send emails and assign tasks to people, without leaving the app. I like how this software is designed to have all the data from my client stored in one place for me to be able to improve my customer engagement workflow.

What do you dislike?

I wish the customer service was more attentive and responsive. I would also like to see more done to the Gmail gadget!

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I believe that everyone needs to use a CRM to keep their work a lot more organized, and Insightly is such a great start for everyone. Training is even included when you start using it, which I love.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I work with a lot of clients, at the same time, and on different projects and brands. That being said, it was important for me to find a software to fit my customers needs. Before this software, I was stuck in using spreadsheets for all my work which result in a bad done job that wasn’t flattering at all. Now, with Insightly I can have the information displayed in a cool way that is easy to search and look through, instead of taking lots of time to find something trivial in one of my spreadsheets. That is the main reason why Insightly works so well for me. Another reason is because I get access to other amazing tools such as project management features and integrations that I wouldn’t have if I didn’t use this software. My schedule was a mess before, too, and I’m glad that I get to have access to an incredible calendar that allows me to fit all my meetings into my schedule. It’s a product that ensures everything is well documented and stored.

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Insightly empowers you with a better understanding of your business. Several tasks can be performed with this tool. It comes handy for storing and organizing data, scheduling and tracking events, and managing projects at large. I find its calendar and Gmail integration features to be particularly useful.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I would have a better experience with using Insightly if their customer service would improve. It would also be nice if they could add more functionalities to their Gmail integration feature.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With this tool, I can provide better service to my clients. It allows me to store and get easy access to my data. In addition, it gives me the benefit of having several integrations that I have not had the privilege of trying before. It helps me become more organized and deliver quality outcomes.

What do you like best?

Insightly is the best ever product for managing business relationships. I found it to be the most Practical app and enriched with almost all features. The biggest and foremost pro is that it's interface is clean, clear and quite good enough. It is super super easy to use. It let us connect easily with other apps. It offers excellent customer support. I found it to be very responsive all the time. It is a good initiative for managing leads. It is the most efficient product for keeping the whole records. It let us integrate several things into one system such as contacts, notes, emails and many more. It is the most convenient way of finding information related to proposals as well as opportunities in order to provide platform for coworkers to work easily. It is the most authentic tool for managing sales leads as well as processes. In short this is well developed incomparable CRM tool than any other.

"A beautiful task management program"

What do you like best?

The lengths and depths that you can use in this program, is simply astounding. Although a few companies i've worked for, have not used it to the full capacity, i have luckily been exposed to the various layers that atlassian has to offer.

What do you dislike?

This application is satisfying. I would like to highlight its customer support response that matters for its name building. Customer support is quick, skilled and completely professional that brings complain solutions in seconds and makes the software user satisfy.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Insightly CRM is probably the most user friendly management app i've tried so far! It has a really small learning curve, unlike some other more complex tools. It's really easy to keep track of your work, of your team mate's work, and overall progress through the timeline. There's a feeling of satisfaction when you close items of your list and see that progress bar grow - it makes me want to close more tasks! And all of this is done on a beautifully designed app.
