What do you like best about Thinkific?Thinkific has been most valuable for giving us a central place to deliver and manage training at scale. We regularly use it to organise learning content into structured courses, track participant progress, and make sure everyone receives a consistent training experience.What do you dislike about Thinkific?I would like more flexibility when customising the learner experience. The platform works well out of the box, but some areas can feel quite templated, especially when you want the training portal to closely match your organisation’s own branding and internal processes.What problems is Thinkific solving and how is that benefiting you?The biggest benefit is scalability. As more people join the organisation, we can provide the same structured learning experience without having to repeat the same training individually. It saves our team time, improves consistency and makes onboarding much easier to manage.

What do you like best about Thinkific?The course builder is especially useful because it gives me enough flexibility to structure content properly while still keeping everything simple and manageable. I also like that the end result feels polished and professional for learners without requiring hours of design work.What do you dislike about Thinkific?One thing I dislike about Thinkific is that some of the customisation can feel a little restrictive once you move beyond the basics. The platform is very easy to use, but there have been times when I’ve wanted to make a small change to the course layout or learner experience and found that the options weren’t as flexible as I expected.What problems is Thinkific solving and how is that benefiting you?Thinkific solves the problem of having training content scattered across different documents, videos and platforms. It gives us one central place to build, organise and deliver learning in a structured way.

What do you like best about Thinkific?I like how easy Thinkific is to use and how easy it is to create a course from scratch. I can duplicate courses and strip down the products in them, and the support is amazing when I need help with that. I also like the feature for bundling multiple courses under one shell and the new AI assistant teacher. Thinkific makes it much easier for students to learn and track their progress, and the setup instructions are straightforward—anyone can build a course from scratch.What do you dislike about Thinkific?I’d like to have the ability to combine multiple courses in one shell.What problems is Thinkific solving and how is that benefiting you?I use Thinkific to host courses for our students, and it makes their experience much easier by helping them learn and track their progress. It solves a lot of issues.

When I have an issue, there are always support articles.

What do you like best about Thinkific?Thinkific is very intuitive for someone who is not tech savvy and has lots of features we have enjoyed using to engage our community.What do you dislike about Thinkific?It's been hard to get answers or feedback at times about questions we have or asking about potential capabilities. The support is kind, but not always clear on answers or next steps. We've struggled with the notifications as well, ensuring we have some control and customization over how/when our communities are notified of updates or posts.What problems is Thinkific solving and how is that benefiting you?It helps the learner control the pace of their consumption of information. There are a lot of ways we can display information as well.

What do you like best about Thinkific?What I like most about Thinkific is the flexibility it offers to build and manage a learning platform without needing extensive technical knowledge or development support. We recently launched a membership-based learning platform using Thinkific Plus, bringing together courses, digital resources, communities and subscription options.What do you dislike about Thinkific?Recommendations to others considering Thinkific?The course builder is easy to use, and managing content, creating pages and making changes to the learner experience is fairly straightforward. I particularly appreciate being able to test different learner journeys and make adjustments ourselves without having to involve developers every time.What problems is Thinkific solving and how is that benefiting you?

It’s a pretty comprehensive LMS and solves a lot of the issues we had before. I value the course builder, shop, and affiliate program, and the initial setup was very easy.What do you dislike about Thinkific?I’d like to see more creative templates in Thinkific.What problems is Thinkific solving and how is that benefiting you?I use Thinkific to host our products and courses and build learning modules to go along with our live classes. It’s an easy, comprehensive LMS that solves many of the issues we had with LearnDash, which was too limiting.

What do you like best about Thinkific?I find Thinkific easy to use and aesthetically pleasing. As a creator, I find it easy to navigate and understand when building courses and community networks. I use the course and community discussion board to help participants connect and collaborate with the content we create.
