Ive been using Taskade since 2022. Its grown well beyond expectations. I dont normally leave reviews but Taskade is exceptional and deservs a better overall rating than it currently has on this website. Not only does it enable you to easily organise projects with a clean and stylish interface. You can create apps using AI. The software allows you to describe what you want and then sets up agents, scrapes websites, organises data..... whatever's needed and then delivers a professional and stylish looking app. This is a brilliant piece of software and I would highly recommend it.

Been using Taskade since it was launched 3 years ago. They have grown in leaps and bounds, no doubt about that. If you want a basic task and project management app, this is your best.

If you want to create an app of your own, this is also possible in Taskade. What i would like to see moving forward:

1) Ability to BYOK and use that for AI credits.

2) A better dashboard and a simpler UI before diving into the nuances.

Support is prompt and responds effectively. John, the founder, is very proactive and helpful.

I contacted Taskade as I needed to help my son with cancelling his subscription as he is in university and had made a mistake signing up, plus was terribly busy.

They were very supportive and sent me a link for him to cancel and get a refund. They even reminded me when he didn’t immediately deal with it. Then they sent me an emailing confirming everything. I was impressed.

Exceptional development team!!

Taskade is very good task management software. Biggest thing that stands out is the pace at which the software receives updates... Just now opened a app to find out another update (weekly or bi-weekly) and Gantt view is out. Now setting timelines to tasks and projects is SO simple, where you literally just click on the timeline and drag the length as you like. And this is just one of the examples. Also you cannot forget how powerful all the AI features are 🤯

This is my tool of choice! Only improvement I can think of is better document creation flow (bit like Google docs or Notion). Right now the app is more tasks oriented and always chooses task as a default instead of paragraph. But also for this they are planning a update which Im looking forward.
