Extremely User Friendly

What do you like best about Tallyfy?I love how easy it is to document and track different tasks. Also makes onboarding more streamline and uniformed.What do you dislike about Tallyfy?It has a lot of different functions some of which we will never use.What problems is Tallyfy solving and how is that benefiting you?We are able to track tasks and store onboarding info securely and efficiently. Tallyfy also helps us create useful reports to help us keep up with workflow management.

"Responsive to organizational needs"

What do you like best about Tallyfy?

The TallyFy staff are incredibly responsive when unanticipated needs arise. They closely listen to our suggestions and improve the product based on those comments. The interface for us and out clients is simple, clean and clear with high levels of integration and customization.

What do you dislike about Tallyfy?

With the product being constantly improved and developed, not all the features we want are available...yet!

What problems is Tallyfy solving and how is that benefiting you?

TallyFy is making it easier to track our onboarding process and discover choke points while eliminating the aspects that fall through the cracks.

"Great Product and Service"

What do you like best about Tallyfy?

Great product to not only create systems and processes but also to push your customers to give you the information/documents needed. It's also simple and actually fun to use. It gives the user satisfying completion noises and strike thrus. My clients have been happy using Tallyfy. Their service is top notch! They always respond in a timely manner. Systems are supposed to make your job easier. However, some systems actually get you bogged in to too many unnecessary details and actually end up causing you to be less efficient. I think Tallyfy has successfully struck that balance.

What do you dislike about Tallyfy?

Just a very minor gripe. Although I'm sure many users like this feature, I wish the user had the ability to disable AI suggestions when creating work flows as not everybody uses them and they can be a bit distracting.

What problems is Tallyfy solving and how is that benefiting you?

They always respond in a timely fashion to all my questions and suggestions. I had mentioned my minor gripe on how I thought AI suggestions were distracting and they immediately said they would look into it.

"a great app to place all your processes in the one place"

a single place to keep business processes - with an easy to use checklist when going through them - great for doucumenting steps

What do you dislike about Tallyfy?

You do need to set aside a lot of time to create a new process- depending how many steps there are - the time saved later does make this worthwhile

The process that we have now is easier to implement to our staff because Tallyfy can break it down into a simplified manner in which we all appreciate. It also comes with a tracking feature and checklist to ensure that we comply with each process. This makes each workload or task easier to complete with fewer chances of making any mistakes.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Blueprints of each process cannot be uploaded or saved on the platform. It would be nice if they can do something about it so employees can easily open it if they need it for reference. Right now, what we're doing is adding tags that work the same way.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps me achieve a better quality of work since it makes me aware of all the processes that I have to follow. I am confident to present the result because I know that no steps were missed, and everyone in the team is on the same page. I can assign some work to them without anything to worry about.

"Tallyfy makes managing and optimizing processes a breeze"

What do you like best about Tallyfy?

I love that Tallyfy lets me map out complex processes into simple, actionable, repeatable steps, then quickly deploy a new process and ensure no steps are missed, while being able to assign steps of the process to different people.

What do you dislike about Tallyfy?

There's not much to dislike, I thoroughly enjoy using it. I do wish I could save blueprints in folders, but tagging works well enough.

Recommendations to others considering Tallyfy:

Try it out and see if it doesn't make your work easier and more organized, process blueprints are a key way of building systems and processes that can be scaled, which is important when it comes to growing.

What problems is Tallyfy solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm able to ensure I never miss any steps when I'm working through a campaign for myself or a client, and I'm able to delegate tasks to others as necessary.
