The TallyFy staff are incredibly responsive when unanticipated needs arise. They closely listen to our suggestions and improve the product based on those comments. The interface for us and out clients is simple, clean and clear with high levels of integration and customization.

Great product to not only create systems and processes but also to push your customers to give you the information/documents needed. It's also simple and actually fun to use. It gives the user satisfying completion noises and strike thrus. My clients have been happy using Tallyfy. Their service is top notch! They always respond in a timely manner. Systems are supposed to make your job easier. However, some systems actually get you bogged in to too many unnecessary details and actually end up causing you to be less efficient. I think Tallyfy has successfully struck that balance.

Just a very minor gripe. Although I'm sure many users like this feature, I wish the user had the ability to disable AI suggestions when creating work flows as not everybody uses them and they can be a bit distracting.

They always respond in a timely fashion to all my questions and suggestions. I had mentioned my minor gripe on how I thought AI suggestions were distracting and they immediately said they would look into it.

You do need to set aside a lot of time to create a new process- depending how many steps there are - the time saved later does make this worthwhile

Keeps track of internal steps and processes

I love that Tallyfy lets me map out complex processes into simple, actionable, repeatable steps, then quickly deploy a new process and ensure no steps are missed, while being able to assign steps of the process to different people.

There's not much to dislike, I thoroughly enjoy using it. I do wish I could save blueprints in folders, but tagging works well enough.

Try it out and see if it doesn't make your work easier and more organized, process blueprints are a key way of building systems and processes that can be scaled, which is important when it comes to growing.

I'm able to ensure I never miss any steps when I'm working through a campaign for myself or a client, and I'm able to delegate tasks to others as necessary.
