It goes through your records and tells the team who to call today and why: a car or bike due for paid service, a customer who skipped an appointment, an extended warranty about to run out, an insurance renewal coming up, or someone who hasn't visited in over 18 months. Before each call, the CRE gets a short brief with what to say, what to avoid and the offer most likely to work for that customer. After the call, Syana picks up the recording, transcribes it (Hindi, English, Hinglish and regional languages) and pulls out the customer's intent, objections and the next step. Owners get one dashboard for service revenue, billed ROs and trends across outlets. Syana works alongside your existing DMS and CRM, with your CRE team, AI voice agents or both, and usually goes live within a week. It's built for car, two-wheeler and commercial vehicle dealers.
