Great Product

What do you like best about SutiExpense?We have SUTI for 3 years now in a company that has grown from 30 to 120 employees in that same time. SUTI has been more then helpful with our growing pains and special needs. I had looked at many options from expensify to concour none that even compare, the support is impersonal and cost often high. With SUTI the support is top notch and often you even receive a phone call to resolve the more technical needs you may have. IT has been nice to grown with SUTI in the last few years and i look forward to many more.What do you dislike about SutiExpense?Nothing about SUTI i find as negative at all.What problems is SutiExpense solving and how is that benefiting you?We use SUTI for Job costing, expense management, mileage reporting.

I love the mobile app, it’s very useful

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

SutiExpense is very useful app, because allows me to scan the receipts and to share over the site without any problem. This is great, because I travel a lot and I want to scan my receipts immediately, otherwise I can lose them.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I need to say, that it is really hard to get back deleted receipt. I wish they could make it easier to take back deleted and used receipts.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I am able to keep track of all expanses, and it helps in better organization and accountability.

I love the mobile app, it’s very useful

We have access to our expenses and reports

PROS: We implement the SutiExpense in our company, and I can tell that this app is easy-to-use and it’s very intuitive. We managed to implement the app to other sister companies too. And they are really amazed of the quality and tools this app offers.

CONS: It would be great if other companies were like SutiSoft.

What do you like best about SutiExpense?

Ease of use and I am glad 1 photo of a receipt and the app captures most all info needed saving time

None, I really have zero complaints or issues

Reimbursements made simple should be the name.

The updated version is much easier and creates less work
