From what I hear, the initial setup is very reasonable, and we are even taking a customer live on it in a 5-month period.

Customization is complex and costly on while possible of making deep and custom changes to the system can be expensive and leadto issues with future upgrades.

UI could use a refresh, which seems to be underway in a number of operations/functions. Online help center could use an update/expansion as well, however support is able to answer queries timely.

I’ve used many different software for logistics companies and this one is by far the easiest to use and easy to manage, I would definitely recommend for other companies looking for an easier way to manage.
