I find it extremely difficult to track leads.

What are using it in the marketing department to streamline CRM & Marketing issues
Soffront has a Spanish version in addition to English which is its biggest benefit according to me as it can cater to small enterprises over in Europe/Mexico etc to utilize a great CRM.
Soffront's Mobile application is ordinary and could do with a whole heap of improvement and many add-ons in the functionalities to compete with Zoho or Salesforce.
Shop around for alternatives before you settle down with Soffront, however I can vouch for the fact that coming to cost-effective solutions, you won't find a better one.
Very low expense and much increased productivity with Soffront. Accelerated training and webinars are amazing. The application can sometimes also be a little peculiar with text displays but considering the price, it's extremely fine.
Soffront CRM folks are quick to respond and help solve even the easiest problems. We were able to get up and underway in a few days. We continue to build our knowledge of its usage and are utilizing more not only for a CRM but as an active email marketing tool.
On the initial uploading of contact information, you can only manage duplicate based on emails or company name. We would like this option to include the contact name or unique ID.
Soffront CRM was quite easy to upload our prior contact and client information..
