What do you like best about Smartsheet?I like that multiple people can work in the document at the same time, which makes collaboration much easier.What do you dislike about Smartsheet?I do not have any dislikes. This benefits me by keeping projects on schedule, improving communication, and allowing everyone to work together in real time.

What do you like best about Smartsheet?I like that Smartsheet is secure while keeping things simple. Navigating to different areas is simple and quick. You can easily get back to the home page by clicking the home button. I also like the look and feel. It doesn't feel boring and plain. You can also adjust to different views to help things organized.What do you dislike about Smartsheet?I wish switching from DataMesh to Dynamic view was easier. Including this in a tab next to the home button may be nice. This isn't a big deal since it only eliminates one extra click. Overall Smartsheet is secure and simple to use.What problems is Smartsheet solving and how is that benefiting you?I have team members across different states. Smartsheet helps me to better collaborate on various projects with people not in the same office as me. Smartsheet keeps things simple and easy to use.

What do you like best about Smartsheet?Smartsheet has been the best way for my coworkers and I to collaborate on budgets in real time. It is the simplest way we have found to make sure that we are all on the same page as far as funding goes. It was very easy to learn and start working in as well. We use Smartsheet multiple times a day.What do you dislike about Smartsheet?Honestly there hasn't been many downsides. Maybe the fact that viewers can edit certain items in a sheet but not all? Other than that it has been a smooth implementation.What problems is Smartsheet solving and how is that benefiting you?It is benefiting me in that it gives real time updates for budgets that I am able to share between multiple people. It is much easier to use than other resources we have tried.

What do you like best about Smartsheet?Its simplicity with its interface. As long as the correct template is built with the proper functionality, its easy to use.What do you dislike about Smartsheet?I wish there was a better way to track pending tickets. Maybe that's an access thing depending on your user level. Also, having both English and French language on the same ticket is cumbersome. I appreciate it being offered in other languages, but it should be a choice/preference setting for the user to make, not be included all on one page with both languages at the same time. Clutters up the sheet and makes it hard to read.What problems is Smartsheet solving and how is that benefiting you?I use it primarily for accounting functions. New account requests, maintenance, tax exemption, charge term/credit applications, etc. I submit the SmartSheet, our accounting team handles it, and replies with what I need. Its a pretty straightforward process.

What do you like best about Smartsheet?Being able to have information in one place and sharing that with coworkers.What do you dislike about Smartsheet?I don't dislike anything, I personally have not had the time to try or see what smart sheets full potential is.What problems is Smartsheet solving and how is that benefiting you?I am able to make a schedule for our technicians and keep track of our work.

It’s an intuitive yet powerful tool that supports nearly all advanced project management practices, making planning, tracking, and collaboration simple and effectiveWhat do you dislike about Smartsheet?After baselining Date, tracking is not on actuals which is a manual intervention and not suitable for project managers. Due to which actual variance is very difficult to identify. What do you like best about Smartsheet?The best feature of Smartsheet is the ability share project plans with other individuals. It is easy for new users learn how to use.What do you dislike about Smartsheet?The only issue we have had is associated with the Mutiple licenses and some team members losing functionality at annual renewal time.What problems is Smartsheet solving and how is that benefiting you?Smartsheet allows us to plan manufacturing activities within a facility with limited capacity, to ensure that maximum utilization occurs.
