I’ve been using SimplePractice for ten years and I love it. Everything is contained in one easy portal. My clients love being able to book their own appointments and fill out their paperwork online. I have a small group practice and it scales nicely and has easy to access video training.

A great dependable product!
I am a sole proprietor with a MH practice. I have been using SP for about 5 years now. I have not had one technical issue with this platform. It has streamlined my entire practice from initial appointment through submitting claims and payment adjustments. They continuously add features and helpful updates. I typically don’t write reviews but I have been so impressed with this product. I highly recommend!!

Happy 5 year+ user
I've been a Simple Practice user (private practice psychologist) for about 5 years. While I don't have a need for all the features, I do appreciate having so many tools available in one place (EHR, patient portal, claims submission, billing, appt reminders, telehealth, and more). I often read that people have glitchy experiences with the telehealth platform but that's not been my experience at all. I also appreciate SP's efforts to improve their products over the years (different calendar features, option for a simple website, etc). Could I save some money piecemealing these features? Possibly but I don't not find that to be an efficient use of my time.

I would recommend to therapist in private practice.
As a therapist in private practice, SimplePractice has made documenting sessions and paperwork much easier.
You can customize documentations to make it compliant with insurance and personalize to your practice.
99% of Telehealth sessions are stream less. Unless they have a bad connection, then we switch to a phone session as the back up.
I don't use all of the features since I already had programs for billing and insurance verification before I started with SimplePractice and didn't want to go through the hassle of switching everything over, but you can also do billing through them.
Customer service responds via email quickly.

If you have a system of doing your sessions and paperwork, you can run your practice smoothly with Simple Practice.

I have used many EHR systems but Simple Practice has been by far the easiest to use. It has every feature you can possibly ask for — it’s user friendly, has an app which is even easier to use and now you can write notes on the app on your phone! Wow! Their video streaming is flawless, the billing feature and the group session integration and other features have made me hooked to it! Just get this and you won’t regret!
