Great Platform - Organized and Solves Problems
What do you like best about Sigmund AURA?
Records and documents are easily accessible and streamlines things for ease of use. AURA is am intuiative program that is easy to look at and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about Sigmund AURA?
Has some glitches once in a while - will freeze or delay when entering information.
What problems is Sigmund AURA solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining many doscuments and records in one place; easy to share among peers and enter notes, view changes/history, and visualize an entire portfolio with efficient sub-parts.

Great customer support
What do you like best about Sigmund AURA?
I like that you can customize Aura to fit your specific needs, even the colors can coordinate.
What do you dislike about Sigmund AURA?
There are some inefficiencies in the design. I would like to be able to select and deselect staff to schedule without having to click through the funnel.
Recommendations to others considering Sigmund AURA?
It’s a process to implement, but the team is there to help you every step of the way. You get hours and hours of available one on one training.
What problems is Sigmund AURA solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have had some problems come up as we implement it, but the customer support is wonderful. They are quick to respond and set up go to meetings to help as soon as they can.

What do you like best about Sigmund AURA?
The product is very easy to use and is very easy to customize. The clinical staff loves the product.
What do you dislike about Sigmund AURA?
The biggest complaint is the look. Everyone wishes the interface was more modern and had a cleaner crispier look like a Mac.
Recommendations to others considering Sigmund AURA?
Test the software out. It is pretty amazing also ask them to set up a sandbox for you to play with. It really helped us to know that this was the software for us.

It is very intuitive and easy to navigate. It offers many different dimensions and reports that are great for tracking client data.

Pretty Easy to use!
What do you like best about Sigmund AURA?
I like using Sigmund rather than Aura to document, it’s a little more user friendly. I like the tabs which make it so much easier to navigate and find what I need.
What do you dislike about Sigmund AURA?
I dislike how I can’t delete something I put in. Sometimes I don’t realize I’m on the wrong patient until I’ve already added something & I can’t go back and delete the addition.also for Sigmund you have to download it every time. Although it doesn’t take but a minute.

Always double check yourself!

Easy to use but limited in terms of what it can do.
What do you like best about Sigmund AURA?
Sigmund Aura allows our office (an inpatient, substance abuse rehabilitation center) easy and seamless record management. When patients enter our facility, their intake is through multiple departments. Sigmund Aura allows each department to see the patient's records and previously entered information.
What do you dislike about Sigmund AURA?
Sigmund Aura is very slow. It often struggles to load any images and adds undue wait time. It is far too easy to create a document in error and far too complicated to remove that document. The search feature is mainly ineffective and cumbersome; it is almost useless.
Recommendations to others considering Sigmund AURA?
It is easy to use, but its limitations speak louder than ease.
What problems is Sigmund AURA solving and how is that benefiting you?
It creates an easy way to gain quick insight into a patient's history. Sigmund Aura makes it relatively easy to flag a patient's record for things like suicidal ideation, mental health concerns, existing physical ailments, and treatment history.
