Embrace the process!
We started with ST in 2017 and have grown from 5 to 20 plus team members in a rural area < 25k population. It has certainly been challenging to learn and implement, but worth the effort and the journey! We now serve two rural areas, and a third larger metro area we are growing in. Definetly a marathon, not the proverbial sprint... and it is a team effort- both yours and ST.
I'd do it again in a heartbeat!

Love Service Titan
We've been using Service Titan since 2021 and absolutely love it! We've always received excellent support and communication. It is not the cheapest option on the market, but it's definitely worth the price, our business would not be where it is without the help of Service Titan. Our success manager Tess is amazing... always helps with questions and issues and makes sure we're always up to date!

In recent years, the platform has gained a massive following and rapidly growing user base, with many of our peers, friends, and competitors already using it or actively planning to make the switch. ServiceTitan Experience - the CSM matters
The experience with ST is very much dependent on an experienced CSM which we have in Matthew Avalos! I have been a user/manager of Service Titan for almost 10 years, have converted, added Tenants, worked with all support areas (Finance, Pros, Pricebook) of ST. Matt is the one person I can rely on to keep it moving when we run into obstacles. Service Titan is reliable, constantly being updated and/or upgraded and very little to no down time. Reporting could be improved, the M&A support team needs much improvement. The one item that needs to be looked into is the "updates"; there needs to be more testing as there has not been but one or two updates over the years that hasn't caused critical issues/problems and have take more time to correct then expected. However, I have experience in many of ST's competitors and ST is the best by far! The experience date allowed to pick one, this is my overall experience since Matt has been our CSM
