My success manager has been extremely responsive(Shilpa Polyard) and even though we have had a few bumps in the road, she has taken every step with us!
The onboarding process was phenominal! Getting started migrating to ST from a long standing CRM seemed daunting. The way that the process was broken down into smaller tasks/goals really sets the user up for success. The online start up meetings were a fantastic way to stay on track. The help those meetings provided was priceless. Everytime I have encounted a problem, I was able to get it resolved within 24 hours using their numerous support options. Everyone has been thoroughly a dream to work with!

He always ensure that we are up to date and ensure that things are working with no hiccups. We meet every Wednesday and he is always on top of his questions for us as well as having complete answers for any questions we may have.
As quickly as we are growing and adding new tenants he is quick to adjust and overcome to ensure that we are in a good position.
If we ever have any problems and we aren't getting any resolution he is there to help support us in getting things resolved in a timely manner.
Alex is personable, knowledgeable, prompt, and always has a great attitude. There are certainly times that he is the only person that we can get a response from, but you can count on him to respond.

Service titan has been so helpful with our business, giving us much more insight into trends for parts and business. Generating automatically weekly reports for us to prepull stock for our field technicians to get them back into the field more quickly. Better membership agreement visibility.

My experiences over the last year have been outstanding with the knowledge and assistance of Ethan. He is a valuable asset for your team. I've said it before, so I'll say it again.....If it wasnt for Ethan, I would have just paid my contract obligation and walked away.
Runs well 99% of the time. It is very streamline. If there is ever any issues an email will usually be sent out and a fix will be there shortly after. The help center is very quick to respond and help. Any time suggestions are made to make the software run better it is actually taken under consideration and not ignored.
