Semcasting allowed me to upload my current customer list to create a targeted audience for the programmatic advertising campaign. The machine learning part appears to find customers with similar profiles, thus, it is helping to reach more people than I normally would.

It does not give a clear picture of which clicks led to sales and thus one cannot fully fine tune the campaigns. This makes it difficult for me to determine the actual ROI (Return On Investment) of the money that I am investing towards advertising.

Semcasting makes it easier to build an audience for programmatic advertising. This has undoubtedly increased my customer base, but the problem with this is that it is difficult to track the conversion rate and adjust the campaigns for the best results.

I like the way the platform can create an audience automatically as it only uploads a customer list and import it into the programmatic ad platform. Semcasting has customer support that is quick to respond whenever a customer contacts them and they address the issue that the customer may face. The platform has security features such as encryption that ensure that client data is secure and out of the reach of unauthorized hands.

How I wish I had encountered this platform earlier, it’s all I have been looking for. The fact that made me consider it is the way it has cookies that collect data about the visitor to the site.

The platform helps the company to expand its target audience for its customers by importing first-party customer match lists directly into its programmatic ad platform hence optimizing audience targeting to more impactful campaigns. The platform offers the exact service to customers as it provides the services according to the personal information they provide on the site.

The ease and ability for us to upload first party of data to target programmatically with out display ad provider, along with the additional third party data made available to our company and clients.

The amount of time it takes to build and process the data into our programmatic platform does get frustrating at times, but overall this is done quickly or within a reasonable time frame.

Expanding the audiences, we can target for our clients by uploading first-party customer match lists to import into our programmatic ad platform and purchasing third party data not offered by our ad platform.

The best use of Semcasting is the ability to upload a customer list to have built into an audience and have automatically imported into my programmatic ad platform.

The only dislike with Semcasting is the amount of time it takes to have an audience built and imported. This typically only takes a few business days, but having the ability to have this instantly or within one day would be a huge perk.

Converting 1st party customer data into a targetable audience within an ad-buying platform. Also having access to additional 3rd party data segments that are not offered by my programmatic ad platform.
