Scrumdo has given awesome visibility into what projects our tech team is working on, giving us realistic expectations on timelines for projects. The interaction between the teams is great as well, meaning we can see what questions the tech team has and vice versa.

Not much not to like, other than the chat window that constantly pops up.

Use it, it is a must! Especially if you are not using any other provider, it really does makes everyone's lives easier.

Transparency between the departments to the tech team. Our main use of it is for our CS team, Sales and Ops teams to communicate to our tech team what projects need to be worked on. We have seen efficiency increase and down time decreased.

Easy to visualize project status using a SCRUM methodology. Easy to add and teach employees how to use it.

Access to the board should be more direct. The board should be easier to adapt.

Organice project management in a more transparent and visual manner for users to know the status of their projects. Also I am able to view the status of all employees easily.

This software features iteration and idea management which is nice. It also tracks your progress on a daily basis. UI is great!!

Multi worker project management to determine productivity

ScrumDo is a powerful Agile project management suite with the ability to create stories in the backlog or in specific iterations when ready to be assigned. The interface offers flexibility to customize like for adding acceptance criteria and specifying categories and progress descriptions that make sense to your organization.

One are the ScrumDo software is not as user friendly is in executive level reports. If you have people you report to and they want to know what is going on you don't have many options but to complete your own report in another application, screen cap certain screens in ScrumDo or walk them through the project interface.

If you are going to use an Agile platform make sure your team is prepared to do so.

With ScrumDo the business problems are obvious. By properly documenting and grouping work into short cycle iterations with one or many resources, it is much easier to maintain clarity for the developers on what the application should achieve. With provision for attachments for documents and mock ups and detailed tasks that the developers complete after understanding the business objective and the acceptance criteria teams are simply able to produce better products.
