What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?

I like that with RUN Powered by ADP, I don’t have to do anything because I’m already busy with my full-time job. The people are very knowledgeable and friendly, always willing to help. The setup was extremely easy because the reps walked me through everything. It works as expected, smoothly and effortlessly.

What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?

I don’t have any dislikes it works perfectly for what I needed to do

RUN Powered by ADP helps me with deductions for my S Corp payroll, and I love that I don't have to do much because I'm busy with my full-time job. The support team is knowledgeable and friendly, making setup extremely easy.

What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?

I like how simple and clear RUN Powered by ADP makes it to check my pay and hours. It saves me from the hassle of reaching out for questions about my pay, deductions, or upcoming deposits, as I can just log in and see everything myself. The initial setup was very easy, which I love.

What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?

I find the interface sometimes outdated. It can take a few extra clicks to find simple things like older pay stubs or breakdowns of deductions.

What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use RUN Powered by ADP to manage work hours and pay but mainly it makes payroll stuff way less annoying by letting me log in and see everything myself.

Exceptional Support but Needs Better Navigation

What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?

I love the support team in RUN Powered by ADP. As I'm still learning about tax, they help me use ADP to find the information I need and explain which forms are which. The initial setup was very easy and didn’t take long at all.

What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?

I have a hard time navigating all the menus and there's so many options for different reports. I would like if there was a dynamic window where everything could be seen at once or parameters changed easily. Having to sort by time window each time is a bit inefficient.

What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use RUN Powered by ADP to deal with taxes, forms, and payroll math, which I don't understand. The support team helps answer my questions and explain forms as I learn about taxes.

What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?

I really appreciate RUN Powered by ADP for providing plenty of HR resources and technical support. The updates on any federal, state, and local labor/HR laws are incredibly useful too, as they help ensure our company is in compliance with labor laws and avoid discrimination. I find that employee handbook updates and HR advisors are readily available whenever I need resources to review. Additionally, the initial setup of RUN Powered by ADP was very easy, which was a relief.

What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?

Responses from chat agents are sometimes long. Sometimes when I'm in the queue waiting for an agent, I will get kicked out for no activity or am logged off of ADP, so then I have to start the queue all over again.

RUN Powered by ADP acts as a one-stop shop for all my employee management needs, with plenty of HR resources and technical support. It keeps me updated on labor laws, ensuring compliance and avoiding discrimination.

What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?

I like the ease of use of RUN Powered by ADP. It saves us a ton of time. And every time we need something or have a question, the chat or the call function gets a person very quickly. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy.

What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?

The only thing that I've noticed is when you have to delete a payroll, I've just had to call in to do it, but they make it very quick and simple.

RUN Powered by ADP keeps track of taxes, withholdings, and child support easily, saving us a ton of time. The chat or call function quickly connects us to a person when we have questions.

Easy to Use with Fast, Helpful Chat Support

What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?

I find the program easy to use and I really appreciate the chat box support. I can usually get an agent very quickly. I use the program almost daily.

What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?

Implementation for Washington State employees is a little tricky. Washington State has some very unusual state tax laws particularly when it comes to workers comp. I would like to be able to assign multiple workers comp codes to employees as this happens often in WA state.

What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can understand as bookkeeper why some changes to employee files and other things should be done with the help of an ADP agent, but as an accountant I should be able to make some simple changes myself without necessarily getting an agent online in chat to fix for me.
