What do you like best about Ringover?Ringover is an efficient and pleasant tool to use. It is easy to handle, daily use is smooth, and professional call management becomes much easier thanks to a clear interface.What do you dislike about Ringover?I generally appreciate the software. The interface is clear and intuitive.What problems is Ringover solving and how is that benefiting you?Ringover allows me to centralize all my professional calls in one place, directly from my computer. Before, it was more difficult to track the history of exchanges and find out who had called. Today, I have a clear view of my incoming and outgoing calls.

What do you like best about Ringover?Very good experience with Ringover. Getting started was quick thanks to personalized support, clear demonstrations, and training tailored to our needs. The interface is modern, intuitive, and pleasant to use on a daily basis. The integrations, especially with Pipedrive, work very well and allow excellent call tracking directly in our CRM, which represents a real time saver. The application is efficient, stable, and perfectly meets our needs. Given the features offered and the time saved each day, the return on investment is clearly there. The artificial intelligence features also bring real added value for call tracking and analysis. Finally, the few times we needed support, the team was always very responsive and efficient. The only small addition we would miss is the ability to send photos, videos, and attachments directly via Ringover messages. If this feature is added, it will be an almost perfect solution.What do you dislike about Ringover?Automatic transcriptions are, in my opinion, the main weakness of Ringover. They still lack precision and often need to be reviewed or corrected, which limits their usefulness on a daily basis. I would also like to be able to send photos, videos, and attachments directly via messages. Apart from these two points, the solution is very satisfactory.What problems is Ringover solving and how is that benefiting you?Ringover allows us to centralize all our telephony, better track our customer interactions, and have better daily organization. The synchronization with Pipedrive is a real advantage, as it allows us to easily find the call history and improve commercial tracking. It can occasionally happen that a synchronization encounters a problem (this happened to us once), but the support team was extremely responsive and quickly found a solution. The support and availability of the Ringover teams are real strengths and allow us to use the solution with peace of mind.
